Scenic Mountain Oasis: Pool, Hot Tub & Arcade

A spacious home marketed as a private resort for family reunions, celebrations, and creating lasting memories. It features an open-floor plan, breathtaking mountain views, and a private outdoor oasis with an infinity pool, hot tub, basketball/pickleball hoop, a golf hitting cage, and a sprawling yard. Nearby attraction: Sycuan Casino.

1. Guest & Property Policies
Maximum Occupancy: 15 overnight guests.

Guest Fees: A fee of $35 per night applies for the 13th, 14th, and 15th guest (aged 5 and over). All guests must be declared prior to arrival.

Reducing Guest Count: Must be done via a formal messaging platform trip change request.

Refunds for guest fees are only given if requested more than 7 days before arrival and are subject to a $25 change fee.

No refunds for reductions within 7 days of arrival.

Unauthorized Guests: Any undeclared guest incurs a fee of $100 per person, per night and may result in cancellation without refund.

Smoking Policy:

Strictly prohibited inside the home or game room. Violation incurs a $500 penalty.

Permitted only in the designated Gazebo or Nipa Hut.

Guests must provide and use their own ashtray. A $10 fee per cigarette butt will be charged for any littered butts found outdoors.

Excessive Cleaning: A $250 fee will be charged if the property is left trashed.

2. Pool & Hot Tub (Optional Premium Service)
A. Heating Fees & Structure:

Pool Heating: $199 for the first night, then $119 for each subsequent consecutive night. Maximum temperature: 86°F (30°C).

Important: The heater fee resets to $199 if it is turned off and then reactivated. Pre-paying for the entire stay is recommended for consistency and value.

Hot Tub Heating: $59 per night. Maximum temperature: 102°F (39°C).

Notice Required: 3 days for pool, 24 hours for hot tub. Payment and confirmation via messaging platform message are required in advance.

B. Heating Schedule:

Heating operates during a standard 8-hour window (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM).

A different 8-hour window can be requested, provided it ends by midnight.

Extended heating is available for $20 per hour (up to 1:00 AM).

The heater works to reach the target temperature by the start of your window but does not run continuously to maintain it. Temperature is not guaranteed and is affected by weather.

C. Other Notes:

Pool and hot tub are on separate heating systems.

Weekly maintenance occurs on Wednesdays (12:00 PM - 3:00 PM); access by personnel is required.

3. Events & Gatherings Policy
The home is suitable for small, daytime celebrations (e.g., reunions, anniversaries, showers) with prior host approval.

Daytime Event Capacity: Maximum of 25 people on-site (including visitors). Approval is required for groups over 20.

Event End Time: All event activities must conclude by 6:00 PM.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM are strictly enforced. The global party ban is in effect.

Full Compliance: Guests must agree to detailed House Rules provided after booking, which cover eligibility, vendors, and noise.

Guests must message the host to discuss any planned gatherings before booking.

4. Final Acknowledgment
By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges having read and agreed to all House Rules prior to booking.
