"It Is Swell" is the family retreat you’ve been dreaming of! Located in the coveted Eastern Lake-Seagrove neighborhood known for its tranquil, wooded setting and authentic Seagrove charm, we are a 3 minute walk to the Eastern Lake Public Beach access, so no private beach concerns, and only steps away from the neighborhood community pool. After days spent on the beach, enjoy sunset views from the crows nest, or listen to the waves from our porches on all 3 levels.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in booking a SPRING BREAK STAY, please reach out prior to booking. Spring Break stays require PRE-APPROVAL.
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a spacious, yet cozy living room, dining room and kitchen open concept. The living room boasts ample comfortable seating for family movie or game nights. The large dining room table seats 8, perfect for lively family meals. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for all of your meal preparation and cooking needs and has additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. There is a large, open pantry next to the kitchen for easy access to all of your provisions. Tucked away on the 1st floor, you’ll find a calming king bedroom with a shared full bath, with a tub + shower combination.
Up the stairs lies the 2nd king bedroom with a relaxing lounging sofa and private balcony. Down the hall, and past the laundry room with full sized machines, is the generous bunk room, suitable to comfortably accommodate 4 children or young adults. The 2nd floor king bedroom and the bunk room share a unique Jack and Jill bathroom. Each room has a dedicated, private vanity and water closet, with the shower between them shared.
The 3rd floor boasts the final king bedroom with a private balcony and a full on-suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. A cozy nook is nestled just outside the bedroom, equipped with plush seating, and a mini fridge and sink, perfect for curling up with your beach read or relaxing with loved ones. Step out onto the large 3rd floor deck where you can lounge and enjoy the ocean breeze. From the deck, a trip up the spiral staircase will land you in the crows nest, the perfect spot for coffee at sunrise, sunset views, and evening cocktails.
“It Is Swell” comfortably sleeps 10, with convenient off street parking for 3 vehicles and outdoor space which includes a propane grill and an outdoor shower. Enjoy complimentary access to the neighborhood pool, 8 backpack style beach chairs, and 2 umbrellas. Please note that the pool is unheated, and will be cooler in the Spring and Fall months.
Whether visiting with family or friends, “It Is Swell” is sure to become your ultimate 30A oasis. Our tight-knit community is a mix of residential homes and vacation rentals, but we share the common sentiment of always looking out for each other. Parties and loud, rowdy behavior are strictly prohibited. Exterior security cameras may be present on the property. Immediately after booking, a copy of the valid drivers license/ID will be required from the primary renter. The primary renter must be 28+ years old and is required to stay on site for the duration of the booking. We look forward to welcoming you to "It Is Swell"!
