Newly renovated, bright, pristine 3 bdrm 2 bath condo located in building 3 of Ocean Walk Resort Community. This unit offers an ocean view and is only a 200 yards walk to the no drive beach. The Ocean Walk resort has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and 2 gyms, tennis court, shuffle board, basket ball court, bocci ball and an indoor parking garage.
All bedrooms and living room have new TVs. A screened in balcony to enjoy bug free evenings outside.

Family get away

We loved our stay here, we had everything we could of needed for our trip . Easy check in/ out . Great place for family vacation, we love it was laid back and quite. Already book g for next yr, but for longer stay

Family vacation

Our visit surprised the management company who had not expected us until the next day, but they went above and beyond to get the unit ready for us with minimal disruption. The unit is awesome! Everything you’d want or need and a great location. We had 4 adults and 2 small children and had more than enough space! The pools and beach were great. The covered parking and available carts to bring up our groceries and luggage was a bonus! Definitely would stay again and recommend in the future!

Great place to stay

It was a very nice place to stay. The condo was perfect and had absolutely everything we needed. Everything was clean and looked well kept and maintained. The entire ocean walk area was well kept and maintained as well. Although the walk way to the ocean was a ways down the road, we still enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again

Family Vacay 23

The condo is exactly how it’s listed! Perfect for our family week vacation stay! The main sliding glass door needs maintenance, it was difficult to open and close. Loved the screen balcony, we didn’t have to worry about the little guy throwing toys over or trying fit his body through it! 😃

Very nice, roomy, open space with tons of extras

We truly enjoyed our stay here and found it very accomodating for our family of 6, which included 2 adults, 1 senior, and 4, 8 and 14 year old kids. The walk to the beach is a 10 minute trek on a perfect day, we learned it was easier with 6 of us to drive down and park by the beach access in the complex. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in balcony, and both pools in the complex are fantastic! The one closest to the condo i ansaltwater pool, and the larger one is chlorinated with a waterfall. We did take lots of things we didnt need, so I'll save you some time and space- boogie board, beach wagon, pool noodles and other beach equipment is supplied. Dont bring floats for the pool because they arent allowed. Plenty of towels, as well as beach towels, are provided. You will need laundry detergent if you plan on washing more than a couple loads- we were washing all week but the washer and dryer are nice and hold a large amount at once. Everything you need to function in a kitchen is available, including spices and many pots/pans/dishes. In the bathrooms, there are plenty of blow dryers, towels, washcloths, and even toiletry extras that management is nice enough to pass on to those who may be able to use them while staying. This was the most appreciated part, as we forgot one kid's shampoo/conditioner and another's body wash. The unit is very sound insulated- during our weeklong stay there was only one time where we were even aware we had neighbors, which is really nice.

We have been coming to New Symrna Beach for years for family vacations and have created tremendous memories! We recently purchased this property to share it with the next generation of our family and all of you.
We hope you will love the community, both the condo community as well as that of this lovely best town, which is one of the best kept Florida secrets!

Condo is located in a safe, gated resort only 200 yards from the beach. Situated across the road from the beach and backing on to a beautiful estuary. New Symrna Beach is one of the best kept secrets in Central Florida with 13 miles of pristine white sand beach. We are on the no drive beach and only a 5 minute drive to the drive on beach. Nature lovers will enjoy the boardwalk on property as well as both the Canaveral National Seashore and Smyrna Dunes Park. The Smyrna Dunes offers 2.4 miles of hiking trails. It is also home to Canal Street historical district and seaside beach street lined with quaint boutiques, galleries, surf shops and restaurants.
It is home to a variety of excellent restaurants ranging from ocean or river front causal dining with something for all tastes.
The unit is only 1 hour 10 minutes to Orlando's theme parks and the Kennedy Space Center. An easy drive for a day visit to the parks. For history lovers, St. Augustine is only an hour away and a great day trip.
The unit is centrally located with easy access to Daytona Beach, Sandford - Orlando, Orlando, Jacksonville, Airports.
