Great Place to STay

I was very pleased with our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact and I definitely recommend this place.

Cozy unit with nice view of pool with views of the sound in the background. Easy access to beach across the street. Small rooms but provided everything we needed for our short stay.

Excellent place on a super property. We loved it! It is bright and decorated nice. The mattress in the main bedroom seemed new. It's memory foam which my back doesn't like, but that's a me problem. With adult kids, we loved being able to come and go to the beach, pool, dock, and pickleball as we wanted. We loved our stay!

Summer vacation

Excellent! We love staying at Gulf Shores Surf and Racket Club as this has been our second year with a wonderful experence! We love the expanded beach and lawn chair rentals now available. Staff is very friendly and the pool area is an oasis of its own! We will be back next summer!

Gulf Shores

Great location. Beautiful location to the beach. Right across street access. Close to store for supplies. Door lock needs to be replaced. Very hard to access. Called property manager for wi-fi password and got a prompt response. Would definitely stay again.

Nice

Michele was Awesome so were the condo employees. Had a great time, good location, good views, there were carts available to make luggage and groceries an ease to take to the room. Walmart and restaurants nearby. Could use some upgrades but not a big deal. Would love to stay here again, Thanks for letting us stay at your condo.

The main issue is the description said "beachfront", and the balcony was overlooking the pool, not a beach. No beach view, no beach sounds, which played a big part of our decision.The clothes dryer wasn't great (lint filter not catching lint at all, so it took a long time to dry). We had to remove the empty lint filter to brush lint out of the compartment.I think most of this is because of the housekeeping:Only one hand towel in bathroom (plenty of other towels)The rules were in a drawer that we didn't see until the last night No cases for the spare pillowsNo linens for sofa bed Pool was great, elevator was fast, walk across the street to the beach was fine, and we had fun. Also, "all fees included" didn't include 30 parking pass

I am sorry to hear of the issues. Please next time let the owners know so it can be addressed right away instead of finding out on a review. I am actually down here and could have personally taken care of them.

Great family getaway!

This was a good space for our family of 4 (2adults, 2 kids) and the condo is in a great location. The condo is as described and near the elevator, which was convenient. We liked having access to the balcony from the living room and the main bedroom that overlooks the pool. The pool area is very nice for families and adults. We were able to fish from the property docks and the beach. The private beach access across the street was convenient. We were unsure of supplies that might be needed, so we packed lots of extras to be prepared. There was enough for a starter kit at the condo, but we did utilize all the paper products, garbage bags, dish/laundry soap, beach toys/towels/wagon/chairs that we brought. The condo does have beach chairs and umbrella service available for rent. The area felt safe, everyone was friendly and we would definitely stay here again.

Never Again

This condo hadn't been cleaned when we checked in. Cleaning people didn't get there until 4:30 They never ran the vacuum, didn't dust. They used the same rag to clean the kitchen appliances, without rising it out. Same thing in the bathroom. Ceiling fans looked like they haven't been wiped down forever and he's the bed was dirty. Dust piled up on top of the doors. Dirty comforter on one of the beds. And so much more.... I took pictures but don't know where to post.

Could have been cleaner. No hand soap , half a roll of toilet paper was there when we arrived. No lights in room with twin beds. The lamp didn’t even work. Nice view and very clean pool area.

I wish you would have said something. I would have it all taken care of. I’m six hours away and depend on my cleaning company.. I do not have standards like this.

Family of four-2 adults/ 2 kids 4 and under

Was as described. There’s not a long walk to the beach, and we could use the wagon most of the way. The pool was nice and clean. It was a good size too. One elevator per wing. Away from the busy areas but still close enough to food and shopping. It was a great stay for our first trip with our kiddos.

Very safe, comfortable, all amenities available. Great view! Will stay again.

Good location, safe, could use updating in unit, bring own toilet paper as there was none and we were not aware. Will return as the unit was clean and has an awesome view of bay and pool. Owner was great to work with.

Love Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club

We have stayed at GSSRC every time we have visited Gulf Shores. It’s the best location, facility, and all around prettiest condo!

Good times

Vert pleased the condo was clean the beds very comfortable pool cleaned daily security guards keep things in order for a fun family time and Michele ewell was amazing to work with so friendly nothing but good to say here I will be back I highly recommend this place

Nice condo

Nice condo perfect for our getaway. The condo was a little dated in decor and furnishings but I knew that when I booked it. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was fully stocked too. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Elevator nearest to the condo was broken and when we arrived late and unloaded car it was a bit of a hiccup but after that we started parking near the main entrance. Short walk to the beach which was great!!

First time to Gulf Shores- loved it!

We specifically looked for a location with a nice pool and short walk to the beach. This condo was a perfect location!! With the private beach access, we could go down at any part of the day and set up our tent and beach chairs. The pool was PERFECT after a day at the beach. The condo itself had everything we needed. We ate all our meals on the balcony. The washer/dryer was essential for us because we packed light.

Great experience!

Very comfortable stay. We had everything we needed, beds and seating were all comfortable. View from balcony was beautiful. Private beach was very nice, and the pool was awesome. The only negative were kind of dirty and smelly, but no big deal.

Great place for a long weekend!

This was a great place to stay. We couldn't have asked for a better location-a very short walk to the beach. The complex had a great pool. The unit was very clean. If you are considering staying here, do it!
