Best Little Cottage EVER!

This little cottage was absolutely adorable. So comfy to come back to after a long day at the beach. It was the perfect location for access without the hub bub of the condo's traffic. And that shower was amazing! Really didn’t want to leave. Felt so much like home away from home. Will definitely be back!

Fun Week Sun and Sand

We stayed for 1 week Sat-Sat. Space was very nice and clean. You can tell they maintain property well. Liked having the Key Lock Box so that we wouldn't loose the key. We had 4 adults and 1 kid and had plenty of space. We cooked several meals and had plenty of cookware and utensils. Owners/Housekeepers were quick to respond. Thanks

Great place to stay

Return renter for a reason. Just a great place to stay. Always clean and I had everything I needed. Great place for families and wonderful for solo travelers who just need some space and time for yourself. Highly recommend. The owners are always just a phone call or a text away and respond quickly. This condo is close to everything.

Great location with responsive owner

The condo was advertised as not allowing pets. Perfect, since I am extremely allergic. But when I arrived, there was dog hair everywhere. I mean everywhere. All over the floor, on the furniture, on the bathroom sinks and even in between the bed sheets. I reached out to the owner who was very responsive and we were able to get the cleaners back out to clean the rental unit. Also, the dishwasher was not working and again the owner was able to get a repair person to come out to fix the issue. The owner was easy to reach and corrected the issues encountered. The condo is a great size and has a wonderful deck. It's located within a block of beach access. Since it was winter, I did not use the pool. Just an FYI - It like 35 steps up to this rental. No elevator. This was fine for me, but might be an issue for someone else. My only recommendation is that this rental unit needs a serious deep clean. When the HVAC system turns on, it blows dust everywhere. The condo is extremely dusty and the air ducts need be cleaned out. Other than that, it was a great stay.

World Series stay

We had the best time as a family staying here. While it is a bit far to walk to the beach with a toddler, the pool was a better option for us as a family because it was shaded. The condo was perfect for our 10 and 11 year old boys because they were able to share the upstairs since it has two beds. Overall, 10 times better than staying in a hotel and would definitely recommend!

Beach vacation

Nice place only a block from the beach, and convenient to the center of town. Property managers were very responsive and even checked during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful vacation

This is my fourth year to stay at this condo. It is always clean, affordable and well maintained. The owners are very easy to reach and respond quickly. Walk across the street and you are at the beach. If you have to work while everyone else is enjoying the sun and the beach, the Wifi here is excellent. Swimming pool is great after the beach also. 3rd floor view is a great view of the ocean and there are stairs to climb but that gives my legs a good workout. I had everything I needed and met so many of the building condo owners. See ya next year!!!!

Comfortable!

We all had a good time. Needs more instructions about access to beach. Lot of steps for older people to get to the apartment. We wish it had access and dock to the Lagoon.

Room was not ready upon arrival

Upon arrival we had to wait an extra 4 hours for the room to be cleaned. We ran into the cleaning lady as she was leaving and she was very upset that the supplies she needed was not available to clean the room properly and said she did her best. I finished cleaning the room once we got in. We spoke to the owner and he was very nice and apologized about the mix up in our arrival date. Thank You

Perfect!

This place was perfect for my family of 6. A 13 year old, 10 year old and twin 2 year olds. Everything was perfect! The walk to the beach wasn’t terrible. The pool was chilly but after being at a ball park all day, it was nice. The location was close to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable nice place to stay! We would for sure book here again.

Lovely Experience

This property was everything the post said it would be. Excellent location and lovely accommodation. The owner is very helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to gulf Shores.

Cleanliness

I was disappointed in the cleanliness of this condo. There was sand on all of the floors. The bathroom mirrors as well as the tvs were streaked as if they were wiped down with a wet rag. The master bathroom had black mold and sand in the shower. The couch wasn’t clean under the cushions. After cleaning and mopping floors, the Swiffer wet mop was black. Spider webs as well. I had no desire to call the cleaning company as we didn’t have time to wait for them to come clean and we certainly weren’t going to let them come in when we weren’t there. I do have pictures as proof.

Nice place, great location

Most everything was great. Solid location within walking distance of the public beach access, very comfortable. The only bad things were that a few places needed cleaning badly (shower, kitchen), the sinks drained really poorly, and a few electrical outlets didn't work. In general though it was a good experience and would recommend!

Delightful Vacation

I was a little worried about renting this place because it was so affordable, but I couldn't have been more happy!! The condo was roomy and in a great location. I wish it hadn't been on the 3rd floor, because getting all our luggage up the steps proved to be quite a chore. The condo was modern, and had everything we needed. The blender was broken when we got there, but the owner had one delivered within 24 hours. I guess the only thing I would change would be to put more seating on the deck outside. There was a tall table w/2 chairs, and a couple benches, but it would have been nice to have 4 chairs instead of 2. I highly recommend this place to anyone vacationing with family/ friends. The loft was an added bonus as it gave our kids an area of their own to play in. Thank you for a great vacation!! Christine

Warm and sunny

We had a great time in the sun and warmth of Gulf Shores. The condo was great with a good location. We enjoyed our stayand got in alot of biking in and around this Beautiful Beach location. The owners and staff were great, check-in was a breeze. All Good. Thanks Todd!

Gulf Shores Clinical Stay

Great location for my daughter’s recent clinical. Convenient to both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores clinics and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Great communication from the owner throughout stay.

Great place to stay

Return renter. One of the best places to stay in Gulf Shores. Condo is very clean. A/C feels so good after the beach. Had everything I needed to cook and prepare food. So many nice restaurants close by and outlet mall shopping in Foley. Loved the Roku on the TV. I have Roku at home and it made the living room TV a breeze to navigate. Outside deck with new porch seating was excellent. Would help if there was a good blender to prepare milkshakes and frozen drinks. The one there is missing parts and cannot be used but that is a minor thing. As always the communication with the owners are excellent. Will be back.

Not bad condo

The condo is not the best one I've stayed in for the price. It was liveable and it was nice and cool coming out of the hot. The furniture needs updating as well as the condo. Needs more porch sitting furniture. And some of the boards on balcony need replace as they bow when walked on, making it un easy. The cleaning company did pretty good but left dirty towels in washer and hair in shower drain...the drain was more like a pool drain so is visible seeing that. There was clean dishes in dish washer not put up as well as missing parts to appliances such as blender. The issues I had are minimal but again when paying a good price expect to be an excellent stay. The owners replied really well with the issues I had. I just think the building itself needs updating. I wasn't to happy with master bed as the queen mattress laid on 2 box springs on the floor. Had nice paintings in there hung up just think the furniture is outdated. I'm not a fan of gulf shores as a whole but enjoyed the week with family.
