The primary has an ensuite bathroom and looks out to the Folly River as well. The beach is a quick 3 block walk to the 11th street beach access.

Well behaved, flea-treated dogs are welcome to join in the family fun. Up to 3 pups can come along and play in the fully fenced-in yard while you relax or grill on the front deck. Inside the fenced-in yard, you will have private parking for up to four vehicles. You will also find an outdoor shower under the house and a rinse station on the porch stairs to get the sand off your toes.
