Great place in a great location. Stayed there with a number of friends and the closeness to the lake, the main drag of town, and bars and restaurants were fantastic.

This was our first time in Tahoe. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The home was clean and well supplied. Only negatives was we wanted to enjoy the fire pit but there were no chairs downstairs and the upstairs chairs had no cushions so it made them uncomfortable. Also, no AC which is our bad for not reading and the box fans just didn’t cut it. We even opened the windows.

Fantastic stay and an outstanding location. We booked the home for a group trip and could not have been happier with our choice. The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described.The biggest highlight is the location. Being within walking distance of Lakeside Beach, Heavenly Village, restaurants, hiking trails, and other South Lake Tahoe attractions made it incredibly easy to enjoy the area without constantly driving.They were excellent hosts throughout the process. Communication was prompt, helpful, and professional from booking through checkout.Several members of our group were so impressed with the property that they mentioned wanting to book it themselves in the future. I could also see us returning for another Tahoe trip, ski weekend, or small group gathering.Highly recommend and would gladly stay here again.

The house was great, but note that the hottub is not actually an amenity, they will charge you extra to use it.

Great house at a great location

The house was very nice and organized. Full of anything you may need to make your stay more comfortable. Great location. Just a couple blocks from a beach on Lake Tahoe and the ski resort. Would definitely stay again if in south Lake Tahoe

Location is Perfect

Fun ski trip with the fam! Great place to stay, clean, spacious and nice mountain vibe. It’s a bit dated, but perfectly clean and has all the kitchen stuff you need. Walk to the gondola and the Village, great restaurant right next door. Would come again!

Tahoe family trip

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and answered any questions we had. The location was great. Just 2 blocks from both the beach and village. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home in a great location

This was the perfect place for our call Tahoe getaway. The location is great as you can walk to so many things…restaurants, casinos, shopping, the beach. The home itself is very well stocked, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The hosts, Norm and Esther, were so easy to work with and answered any questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We spent Labor day weekend at Tahoe Sanctuary. The house was cute, clean, comfortable, spacious, had all the beach essentials stocked up and was two blocks from the lake! The private beach was the perfect spot for our family to hang out at. The beach was also next to the Lakeside Marina where we rented jet skis! The location was super convenient to grocery stores, Heavenly, yummy restaurants and the casinos. The property managers emailed us prior to our trip and gave us a lot of information about nearby restaurants, hiking, activities, etc which made our stay very convenient.

Beautiful house in a wonderful location

Thanks to our wonderful hosts - who were so kind to put up a tree - we celebrated a wonderful Christmas. Check-in and communication with our hosts was easy, rooms were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, ample space for all.of us, and the house was just a short walk from the Heavenly Gondola. Lots of other options for those of us who did not ski made for a fun Vacation for all of us! Highly recommended!

Very nice house a few blocks from the gondola

I traveled with my 20 year old son with a few of his friends to ski Heavenly for a few days. The house was very nice as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom were larger than they really needed to be and the master bathroom shower was spa like. Very nice, warm and all you really need. We were there during the first few days of the many storms and the owners were very nice, communicated as needed and very accommodative. I would certainly rent this house again if we travel back to Heavenly.

Great property, helpful hosts

The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with an open floor plan, a nicely equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings in the family room with ample seating. The bathrooms ere modern and nicely appointed. The upstairs has a second family/game room/ sleeping area. The property is centrally located within South Lake Tahoe and is a short walk to the lake and a 2-3 minute drive to the Heavenly gondola. Ideally the property would have had three full bathrooms, and while the property had internet, it did not have cable tv - you have to watch tv by signing in to your steaming services. We enjoyed our stay at the property and the hosts, Esther and Norm were very responsive to all of our questions and were a pleasure to work with. Overall, a great property and a great experience.

Magical Getaway

Property was in incredible location- 3 block walk to Lake Tahoe, 3 block walk to shopping center and lifts up mountain. Even better was the communication with the hosts before and during the trip. They truly made our Christmas trip magical- setting up a decorated tree and even leaving a gift to our kids from Santa. Would definitely recommend this property!
