Your private “backyard” is a 725-acre natural paradise, Van Sickle Park, offering unparalleled views and outdoor experiences. The spacious homes range from 2,870 to 3,616 square feet, featuring 4 to 6 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and two-car garages—perfectly designed for larger groups and families.
This luxurious mountain villa offers the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones. Spread across two levels, the villa features modern amenities and a cozy, rustic atmosphere.

The first floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room, with the primary bedroom having an en-suite bath and private deck.

The second level is the heart of the home, combining a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area, all with beautiful wood accents. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a gas grill on the deck. The spacious dining table seats 8, and the living room features a flatscreen TV and gas fireplace.
Out of one of the first floor bedrooms features the spa hot tub.

The main level also includes another primary suite with a fireplace, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bath. Outside, you can relax by another fireplace for the ultimate relaxation experience.
