Nyd dit ophold på denne villa i hawaiisk plantage-stil på tværs af søen fra King's Shops og en kort gåtur til den naturskønne Anaeho'omalu-bugt. Villaen ligger på det 14. hul i strandklassen i verdensklasse i hjertet af Waikoloa Resort. Gør dig klar til at låse døren op til din luksusferie.

Du åbner døren for at gå over en marmortærskel for at se et smukt sæt spisebord i glas. Ser man længere ind i stuen er en indbydende chenille-sofa og vægge pyntet med landskaber af en lokal Hawaiisk kunstner. Når du går forbi koa-uret, finder du et moderne køkken med mahogni skabe og bordplader af granit. Gå ikke glip af morgenmad på den fredelige Lanai, mens du ser solopgangen over Mauna Kea.

Vores favoritværelse, soveværelset med soveværelse, kigger ud over det velplejede bermuda græs på den anden fairway, vendt mod den gamle Kohala-vulkan. Værelset er indrettet med indretning fra Tommy Bahama. I det store badeværelse kan du slappe af i boblebadet efter en lang dag i solen. Gæstesoveværelset, beskrevet som 'komfortabelt og elegant', har en queensize-seng med en let dundrende dyne og fjederbed med et tilstødende rummeligt badeværelse.

På lokationen på The Fairway Villas kan du nyde din tid i infinity-poolen og det forhøjede vandfaldspa, bruge det fuldt udstyrede motionsrum eller grill ved picnicområdet ved poolen.

Great location. Lovely view. The owners were extremely to deal with and responsive to any questions. All check in information very clear. I have stayed at several Waikoloa condos in the last 15 years and this was by far my preferred. Highly recommend these owners. And the pool was great.

Condo was just as advertised, well stocked and plenty of beach gear. The condo is just behind the King shops, which makes it a convenient walk to restaurants and stores. There were plenty of grills and we used the pool and hot tub daily. We really appreciated communication with the owner and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Property and Location

What a great place! We had a wonderful time staying here in the Waikoloa beach Resort area, on beautiful A-Bay. The property, pool and bbq area was top notch. Our unit was well appointed, lots of space, a nice lanai and great beds. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Great place to stay!

Amazing place to stay! Check in and check out was easy. It was conveniently located near Kings Marketplace, which was awesome. The pool and gym was about a 2 minute walk. They had a pack n play ready as well, which helped us with our baby. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our stay at this property was fantastic. Great location, clean, beautiful view of the golf course. They had additional beach items that we used consistently. The pool and hot tub were lovely. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone in a heartbeat.

Home Away From Home

The unit was in an excellent location for shopping, dining, and morning walks. The complex was well-maintained and the pool area was very nice. My husband and I ate in more than 1/2 the time we were in Waikoloa and the unit was very well-equipped to do that. We would definitely stay there again!

The perfect condo in Waikoloa

This was our 4th visit to the Big Island and our 3rd time staying in Waikoloa and this place was our favorite by far. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip. The beds were super comfy, there was lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking, and the outside closet was stocked for a perfect day at the beach. We also enjoyed the lanai for breakfast and afternoon relaxing. Thanks for making this place so perfect for a nice vacation!

Fairways Villa

The condo was beautiful and location is perfect. Waikoloa has everything guests need. One change to note; Downtown Kona now charges 15.00/hr, for parking, so if you are thinking about driving into Kona, be prepared to pay at least 30.00/for dinner, free here in Waikoloa!

Anniversary trip

The condo and its community were quiet, clean and in a great location. We loved the short walk to the beach, grocery story and Queen Market and King Shops. I have zero complaints. The owners reached out to see how we were doing which was a nice touch. I would stay here again as I love the location and convenience of a small gym, pool, and shopping.

Nice condo in great complex

Second time in this complex and first time in this unit. Condo was clean and comfortable, and communication with the property Owner was great. This is our favorite part of the big island, and we would happily stay here again!

Beautiful Waikolo Resort stay!

The condo until was functional and lovely, had all of the amenities, hosts very responsive! The beds are every comfortable and we enjoy sitting on the back deck for our morning coffee. The resort has an awesome pool and hot tub! We used the BBQs quite a lot and they are kept very clean. We love staying in this resort as it’s close to all of our favourite beaches and a quick walk to the queens and kings shops!

Awesome Condo

Condo was an absolute pleasure to stay at. The property was one of the cleanest we have experienced, everything was immaculate! Great beach toys in the closet, and the guest room had a queen bed which worked really well for us. The Decor was just lovely! The owners were so attentive & responsive to all our questions! I would high recommend this condo!!

Overall the unit is excellent. Clean and comfortable. The only negative was ability to enjoy the lanai for dinner. With ac units running on the lanai’s we missed sitting outside to enjoy quiet time.

Awesome Hawaii Condo!

This was our second time renting this lovely home. It had everything we needed to enjoy the island. The complex is beautiful and so well located. We enjoyed watching the sun set at “A” Beach, and then coming back to relax and bbq dinner in the evenings. We also loved having our morning coffee on the peaceful lanai overlooking the golf course. It’s awesome to be surrounded by so much beauty!
