A great apartment. The only problem is the extra Hilton fees car parking at 48 a day and the fact it is quite hard to leave the resort. But if you are happy to stay within the resort and don’t require a car it is a great spot and very comfortable.

The resort is amazing. If you like to snorkel make sure to do it in the lagoon. We stayed in the Ocean Tower which is a walk from everything. The unit was very nice.

Room was clean and had plenty of amenities for self cooking. Check in was too onerous which at the end of a long day was not good. It is also nearly 1 kn from reception and the mono rail takes for ever.

Great place, had a wonderful time. However, very long walk around property and from parking to where condo is, especially when the tram is not working. Boats do not operate anytime.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy. Blackout curtains worked great. The proximity to pools and lagoon was optimal. The only drawback is the long walk from Ocean tower to parking lot with luggage. The tram is unreliable. I did love having access to all of the pools and slides, beach towels, 15% of food & beverages, and the overall ambiance. It is a hotel for families.

We had a wonderful time at this resort! There is a lot of walking but who minds walking when you are in Hawaii!! The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. Oceans Tower was beautiful! There was guest laundry on our floor which we were thrilled about. The staff were very friendly and checked in often to see if we needed anything. Host responded fast to messages and everything was as described. Thank you for the great stay, we will be back!

Great remodeled unit with partial lagoon views. Very comfortable bed and with a couch, table and chairs, full size fridge, it was a great place for our long stay. The only thing to be aware of with the Ocean Towers, is that it is about a half mile from the parking/valet area. There is a monorail/tram, but we did prefer the walk. While not being close to the car was okay with us, sometimes it was not convenient and made leaving the property for quick things not great. Walking to and from the car though also came with amazing views, seeing creatures in the lagoon next to the shore, enjoying the well kept grounds and getting in the extra steps to work off the shave ice.

This was our second time staying at this resort and it never disappoints. The accommodations are excellent and the resort amenities go on forever. The grounds are expansive and there is a lot to see and do. You can snorkel the lagoon with turtles, eels, and all sorts of tropical fish, or you can swim in one of the 3 pools, or go down one of the water slides, or just lounge on the beach with a cocktail. There are several on-site restaurants, and the markets just up the road offer many other options. I will say that the long distance from the room to the main lobby and parking can get a bit tedious at times (1/2 mile), but it helps get your steps in for the day! There is a tram option, but it is slow. The canal boats were not in service during our stay - that probably would have helped. Overall, this is a world class resort and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We will be back!

When a hurricaine was expected i contacted Christain about keeping my partners insulin cold should the power go off. I also felt we needed a flashlight. His response was go ask the front desk. Well gee, I could have figured that out all by myself. He was no help.We enjoyed the resort but our room was onlt cleaned one time in 7 days. Very poor!!!

Everything here was wonderful! We were a little confused in finding the ocean tower but staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this stay!
