License # 3031 Free standing cabin in a quiet area, has a large deck with wonderful views and a HOT TUB to enjoy the views, gas BBQ grill, Full kitchen, internet with Wi-Fi, large smart TV in living room and smart tv's in the two bedrooms with new queen beds, cabin is for four people, a pack and play is available upon request (infants are not counted as part of the 4 people limit), combo washer/dryer, in town location close to everything. Everything is new on the inside, from the kitchen items to furniture and mattresses.

We absolutely loved staying at this cabin! Spotlessly clean with everything you could ever need, wonderful hosts, comfy beds, amazing scenery, and the hot tub was the perfect way to start and end our days in Estes Park. While sitting on the deck we were fortunate enough to see a herd of elk pass through. Thank you Dave and Diane for sharing your very special cabin with us. One of the best VRBO experiences we've had. We hope to be back for another few days or peace and relaxation!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with lovely views.Outstanding amenities and a lot of special touches. Hot tub under the stars and elk in the backyard. A very enjoyable stay in an inviting atmosphere. Appreciate the hosts making everything easy from check-in to check-out.

This is the best VRBO property. Dave and Diane really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is just like being with family. Location is great. The cabin is well appointed, clean with lots of necessities available

The Cabin on the Rocks was the perfect place for our vacation in the Rockies. Dave and Diane are such wonderful hosts--they have thought of everything. It was super cozy and homey. I particularly enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning, watching the sunrise over the mountains, while my teen slept in (the beds were comfy). The hot tub was the cherry on top.

Cabin on the Rocks - rocks!

10 Year Anniversary Stay

We had a lovely time with our weekend getaway for our anniversary! Dave and Diane were wonderful hosts, checking in on us for whatever we might need! The neighborhood is quiet, the cabin cozy and welcoming, and the hot tub was divine. The elk herd dropping by while we enjoyed the hot tub was a nice treat as well. Thanks so much for having us!

Perfect in every way

This was everything we were hoping for. The cleanest rental I have ever been in. We had prompt and clear communication from the owners. They left thoughtful and personal surprises knowing it was an anniversary trip. Exactly as advertised.

Perfect!

This was our sixth stay at Cabin on the Rocks and always it was a wonderful respite from daily life. Dave and Diane couldn't be better hosts. The back deck and hot tub are certainly the stars of the show; but the cleanliness, the location, and the personal touches are what keep us coming back. Already looking forward to our next trip to beautiful Estes Park!

Perfect Vacation Cabin

Super host and super good cabin!

Absolutely loved our stay at the cabin. It’s in the perfect location to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. Dave and Diane are super friendly and made sure we felt at home. Cabin is super clean and comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

Cabin Honeymoon

My wife and I picked this place to stay for our honeymoon. We spent most of our time enjoying the mountain views from the deck and hot tub. The cabin was perfect and we loved our visit. Dave and Diane were awesome hosts and gave us some great recommendations. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This was a perfect home base for us as we explored RMNP - easy location, close to downtown and the park. The place is so cozy and clean with all the essentials plus more. And our hosts were super helpful and responsive - they even let us check in early and left snacks. Would definitely stay again!

Great little Cabin that felt just like home.

This cabin was very clean and close to town. Enjoyed the quietness it offered.Dave and Diane allowed us to check in early due to traveling for 16 hours, very accommodating. Loved the nights in the jacuzzi and enjoying wine on the deck. Would definitely rent this cute little place again.

The cabin is extremely nice, clean and has everything that you need as far as just needing to bring yourselves and food. We’ve already talked about going back to stay again in the future. The host are also great. Very welcoming and just want you to enjoy your stay!

Hiking Weekend

Friends and I stayed here for a long hiking weekend. During the day we headed to RMNP and then head back to clean up before heading into Estes Park for food and drinks. The cabin was well stocked and the owners communicated great.

Amazing experience!

Couples Getaway

This property was awesome! The owners made sure all the little details were covered at the house and helped by offering suggestions for things to do around Estes Park. The highlight of the house is definitely the deck that features a hot tub! This was a perfect way to either start a day or end it after a long day in the park!

Wonderful Cabin by RMNP

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this was one of our favorites! The little touches from the owners were above and beyond. From the stuffed animals they left for our kids to the extra towels and snacks, we truly felt welcome in their home. The cabin was so clean and cute, and the hot tub was amazing after long days of hiking. Our kids enjoyed playing the games they had and playing on “chipmunk crossing.” It was a quick drive to RMNP and just minutes from downtown Estes. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We have been married over 43 years. We have 2 adult children, a wonderful son-in-law and two beautiful granddaughters. We have 2 fur babies, an Akita and a yorkie. The yorkie of course rules the house. We moved to Estes Park in 1998. Dave's family was the original owners of Peaceful Valley. The chapel on the side of the Mountain was a memorial for his grandfather, Paul Boehm. Dave and I were married in that chapel.
We enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, family time and of course Bronco Football.

Our "little" cabin on the Rocks, is a free standing home and offers beautiful views, a quiet area, large deck with a Hot tub, gas BBQ grill, Outdoor eating area and separate gathering area. Cabin has a gas wood stove in the living area. Driveway for private parking.
Bring the outdoors in with the large glass doors that look onto the deck and the views.
EVERYTHING in the cabin from small appliances, kitchen items, to furnishings including mattresses, are new as of 7/1/2022. We are local owners and clean and manage this cabin by ourselves. NO management or cleaning companies.

Close to everything from RMNP to shopping and dining downtown, brewery's,
Mini golf, amusement parks, Aerial tramway, Mountain coaster are all minutes away. Wonderful views and wildlife at your door.
View the fireworks on 4th of July from the hot tub.
