This house was designed with your vacation in mind. The pool features a grotto and swimstep where you can be underneath the waterfall or bathe in the sun

The pool has a brand new heater and can be heated for an extra cost.

The interior features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms

We've added a pool table, 65" TV's, an xbox and arcade for your entertainment.

There is a grocery store conveniently right across the street.

Great House for a Fun Time!

The host was very responsive. Other than that, this property did not match the online listing, beware. First of all, the back door lock is broken, a safety hazard. This house needs a ton of attention. (I left a 2 page "to-do" list for the host for how to update and fix all the broken things in this house) The baseboards and blinds are filthy. The blinds are broken leaving the light to come through each window while sleeping. The bathrooms lack towel bars/hooks and the towels are small, worn, & dingey. Most rooms have 1 working lightbulb. Floor boards and toe kicks are broken and poorly installed. The grill outside is a mess, needs to be replaced. The outdoor furniture is worn and broken. The doorknob in the master bedroom and the front room downstairs are broken. Next door there is a hoarding situation with about 8 chihuahuas who live outside in the heat (dirty water bowls) without proper care and attention that bark day and night. I tried to look up a humane society to report to. You are next to major highway and cars were drag racing at night. Cabinet knobs were falling off, there was 1 pan and 1 small pot in the kitchen with about 9 lids so we were unable to properly cook for our family. The pool was nice but small. We paid for the heater (50/day) in early March and it made the water just barely warm. It's unfortunate because with some care this could be a good property, but you can tell that the handyman or owner are not showing up anytime regularly to this house.

Great place to have the family stay!

Very willing and open communication from management. Only misleading thing was paying for the pool to be heated and finding out that it would be heated throughout the day and not at night. Our hopes of evening swims didn't happen. In fairness, we did not make it a talking point and perhaps could have. Just thought that warranted more transparency since we paid a premium to have it heated.

The representation of this home is a scam. The pictures used to show the pool/backyard are from when the home was for sale several years ago. We arrived to find the pool unusable because algae was growing all over the bottom on top of it being dirty. There was a dead bird decaying on the back patio. The patio furniture was strewn about the yard and all of the cushions were filthy and covered in bird poop. It was completely unusable without substantial cleaning. The inside of the home was somewhat better - but there were many missing cabinet knobs and some came off in your hand when you open the cabinet. The walls were dented/banged up and needed cleaning/painting. When we contacted the host about the pool, he simply said he would ask the pool cleaner (it was obvious nobody had cared for this property in a while) if he noticed the pool vacuum not working. We only stayed 1.5 hours before leaving and booking another place to stay. I have heard nothing from the host or VRBO since making a complaint. DO NOT rent this place. It is nothing like what is represented in the pictures.

Spring Break 2023 w/ Family & Friends

Overall we had a nice stay. There was a some issues but nothing that affected the outcome of our vacation. We had issues with a water leak and bathroom outlets not working but property owner was able to send a handyman out to take care of the issue within 1 day of concerns. The ice machine did not work and yard games were advertised but not available for our stay so we ended up purchasing our own pool floaties and yard games. There is limited kitchen supplies to cook/bake with which made it difficult with a group size of 10 but we purchased deposable foil ones at the store to use for baking. Things the house needs: wine glasses, pizza cutter, water pitcher, cheese grater, baking dishes, large frying pan. The beds were very comfortable but rooms need darker curtains for the morning daylight. The hot water heater doesn’t hold up for more than 2 showers. The house does need to be supplied with additional toilet paper and paper towels. The pool and back yard was amazing and perfect for our vacation and heated to 85 degrees.

Fun Pool House

The house was great…comfortable beds, comfortable couches, clean & well decorated. The pool area was gorgeous & clean. Very fun house to stay in!

Family Staycation

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and backyard were perfect for kids and families to swim and relax. We would book this home again for a vacation!

This property is in a great location that has access to all hotspots in the Valley. It has a resort feel when you step into the back yard with the pool, putting green, and the turfed area for games. This house was assembled for a vacation to remember.
