This was the perfect home for 3 couples. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, clean and lots of space to do activities and relax . Great location for an event we had at the State Farm stadium

The house was large and roomy for all of our family. The backyard was a bit unkept but the gate around the pool provided a nice safety for the kiddos. The AC is only able to go be turned down to 74 which never cooled the rooms well.

Large house. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Needs some TLC. Nice area. Close to Camelback Stadium for Dodger games and Top Golf. The Host was changed from Vacasa to Casago, just 5 dqys beore arrival. Check in was frustrating. Incorrect information, difficulty contacting the Host. Paid extra to have pool heated, which it wasn't.

Well appointed home with plenty of space. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, the pool was clean, the towels and bed linens were clean and fresh. Beds were pretty comfortable. Pillows were very fluffy, so not ideal, but generally comfortable.

I liked that the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was clean and the home was pretty clean. Trying to get into the home was challenging as the door code that was sent to me did not work. The code to the lock box code did not work. Had to wait for a call back from someone to get a different code to the door. Also, you should check the key in the lockbox as it seemed to not work.The house was in a great location and good neighborhood. It was nice that it was pet friendly. There are a few things I noticed. The lounge chair around the pool is broken. The chair on the upper deck is broken. The ignition switch on the grill was broken. The vacuum in the pool did not appear to work as it did not move. The filter did work and the pool was clean.One of the lightbulbs over the pool is broken and the solar lights around the pool need to be checked. The picture in the dining/living room fell off the wall. It looks like it was hung on a small screw in the wall. Also, in the book it said there would be wine and popcorn, might want to take that out of the book.What would have been nice would be cleaning supplies. I like to clean whenever I stay somewhere. It was nice that there was laundry pods as I did was the sheets and towels that I used. This is a property I would possibly stay at in the future.

Work Weekend

Stayed for a weekend for work. Loved the neighborhood and the walking trails nearby. The property was clean, and I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Unfortunately this home left a lot to be desired. The kitchen had no where near what we needed - no kitchen towels (had to use a washcloth and bathroom hand towel to do dishes and wipe down counters), no cleaning sprays, very cheap paper towels, only a few garbage bags, unorganized cabinets with old dishes/appliances. The toaster was so cheap and too small for regular pieces of bread/bagels. The grill didn’t work properly (had to use a lighter to light it). The toilet paper was very thin and cheap, dirty baseboards in the bathrooms. There were no pool towels or umbrella as stated in the listing. There was a binder in the house with house info that was outdated. The thermostat did not go below 74 degrees which was frustrating at night. One of the lounge chairs in the backyard was ripped and did not match the other lounge chair.

Great Place to visit your Airman

The house was nice and located in a nice neighborhood. The welcome binder stated that the thermostat was preset. No thermostat available for renters and the house was too cold. The kitchen was disorganized and knives, pots and pans were damaged. No cookie sheets or broiler pans to use in the oven. Some lights and controls did not work.
