Suite Life by Nose Hill with Parking Firepit

Whether you are hiking Nose Hill, having fun in Deerfoot City or heading to/from the Calgary Airport, 2 bedroom suite is a perfect refuge for you! Prepare beautiful meals for everyone in the fully-stocked kitchen. The dining room and living room areas provide enough space for fun or relaxing, and two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa mean that no one has to sleep on the floor. If you’re working remotely, no worries! High-speed internet will give you the speed to work remotely while binging Prime TV!
"Please be advised that our booking process will require a security deposit.

Our house rules are listed below, please take a look at them carefully, as we set out strict measures for all rules listed. Thank you!"
1. No shoes to be worn inside the home.
2. Quiet hours start at 10 pm on weeknights and 11 pm on weekends.
3. No smoking on the property, including outside. If you must smoke, please find another location to smoke. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $1000 fine.
4. Pets must be registered. We charge a nightly pet fee of $ 25 per night. We'll ask you to send money through Airbnb after you confirm your reservation. Any unregistered pet will be charged a flat rate of $500 per month.
5. No parties and/or large social gatherings. No events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
6. We do a towel count and bed sheet count before you check-in. If at the end of the stay, there are missing towels or sheets guest will be charged accordingly. Each missing towel is $25 and each missing sheet is $35.
7. Sheets and/or towels that are stained due to your stay will also be charged. We understand there is normal wear and tear, but guest should do their utmost to keep towels and sheets the way they found them. Each stained towel will have a $25 charge. Each stained sheet is $35.
8. Check-in and Check-out times are MANDATORY unless scheduled and confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance and if we can accommodate without double booking. A $50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check out by 10 am or by the agreed upon check-out time. My cleaners are on tight schedules
9. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Please be honest. We must coordinate cleaners and inventory based on the number of guests that occupy the unit.
10. Please leave all shoes at the front door and do not wear them throughout the house.
11. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Please do not leave any personal belongings behind during your stay. We will not be held responsible for lost/ misplaced or stolen items. If an item is left behind, we will ship the item back to you at your expense, or throw it away.
12. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home.
13. Turn off all lights when not in use.
14. If there is any maintenance issue, please get in touch with me directly so I can send someone to fix it.
15. Garbage is not to be left inside the unit upon check-out. Please dispose of all garbage inside the unit in the outdoor bins.
16. Garbage, recycling, and organic wastes are to be disposed of properly and up to city regulations. A $50.00 surcharge is charged to guests who fail to follow proper waste protocol. My cleaners will have to dedicate time to re-sort the garbage correctly.
17. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture.
18. No unplugging of electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
19. There should be an outer glass/storm door before the first door (where you need to enter a code). Please DO NOT lock this door as our guests in the basement unit will have no way of getting into the property. If you do lock the door preventing other guests from entering, you will cover any costs for refunds or cancellations.
20. There is a $500 security deposit held on your card for incidental damages such as smoking or pet violations, or late checkouts.
21. Our time of operation is Monday-Sunday from 9 AM-1:30 AM EST, and our check-in time is between 4 PM-11 PM.

The check in process and communication with property management was great but the accommodation was less than desirable. Door placement made the entry way very tight and awkward. Two beds that comfortably sleep 2 people but the additional couch/futon was very uncomfortable. We had to buy a foam cushion topper to be able to use this as a sleeping surface. Space was very small, not ideal for 5 adults. Full kitchen with top of the line appliances and washer/dryer was great however the space heated up quickly, due to the size, when doing any cooking. Bathroom was very small with stand up shower and some mold in the shower.
