Upon Completing Your Reservation You Acknowledge and Agree to the following:

*Guests must provide phone number and copy of drivers license of credit card payer. No charge backs on Credit Cards.
*Guests are responsible for any damages during stay.
*$700 Deposit Must to book for any incidentals and will be returned 3 days after checkout if no damages incurred during stay.
*Community Quiet Hours 10pm-6am. * Keep noise level moderate.
*Lock doors, patio door, windows prior to departing . *Walking over rugs with shoes on is Prohibited. Fees will be taken from deposit for necessary deep cleaning.
*NO PETS ALLOWED (please book with pet friendly listings/We Apologize~We've had incidents where pets were injured by attacks from other territorial animals residing outside of condo unit. We are Not Responsible. Not within our control)
*Loud Gatherings Prohibited
*No Additional Guests May be Allowed to stay within the premises.
*Please leave the home the identical to the way you received it.
*Upon booking you agree that should any lawful complaints be made upon your party during your stay, where Police are involved, you will be subjected to $1200 charge for incident.
