Highly recommend

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful view and very comfortable for our family. We were there for a week, my teenage boys played A LOT of pool. We would definitely rent this place again.

Stay was ok, but not what I expected. The property itself was fine, it was clean and we felt comfortable staying there. The views that we were expecting were not that great. The back porch views were ok, but the front porch were not great at all, you had cabins right in front of you, which I did not like. There were some issues we encountered when we arrived, but the host took care of them right away which we did appreciate. My biggest dissatisfaction was the Hot Tub, the jets would not turn on and we couldn't adjust the temperature which was very frustrating. I contacted the Host and received some basic instructions but after following them, it didn't resolve the issue. I contacted him again, but to my surprise he told me that I would have to reset the breaker?? Now, I'm pretty handy, but I thought to myself, I came on vacation not to go pulling breakers and try and get this hot tub to work? Either way I pulled the 480v breaker twice and it didn't help at all. Unfortunately after all the frustration and unnecessary work on vacation my wife and I couldn't enjoy the hot tub, which we were looking forward to every day because we were hiking.

Cozy cabin nice stay Unfortunately the cabin next to ours was doing major construction during our 10 day visit. So was very loud. Not that this was the owners fault. Looks like this neighborhood should have to warm the owners when this happens. Then they could plan when to let the VRBO renter know and plan not to be at home when they spray paint the outside of the cabins next to them We were just hoping for a quiet stay in the mountains for our anniversary.October is way too busy, unfortunately. Eric was very helpful with answering messages during our stay. We would stay again, maybe in the Spring. Thanks again ,Eric, for being a great host

Overall stay was great. A few minor maintenance issues but notified the host and we were taken care of. Very responsive to messages and great communication. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I've stayed in other cabins in the Preserve, and this one, by far was the cleanest/best kept we have stayed in! Great location, great views, and well-kept, stocked house. Would definitely stay again!

Fall break

We decided to take out kids for something different and pigeon forge did not disappoint!!! We enjoyed the lovely home you provided and the wonderful views! We definitely would recommend to all friends and family!

Gorgeous Views

The cabin was just like it was described. The beds were very comfortable and the views were beautiful from the decks. We even got to see a bear twice while in the resort. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Phenomenal!

It was wonderful. It’s actually the same cabin we stayed at last year at the same time. We didn’t realize the name had changed. It was fantastic! I recommend this cabin to everybody! It was a little wet, lots of rain, but worth it! BTW, if you happen to find a black necklace with a silver heart on it, please let me know, thank you.

Great Place to stay

The cabin overall was just beautiful and very spacious. The owner was beyond amazing he responded quickly and was very communicative. We were stuck and we’re not able to get to the cabin due to icy roads and he checked in with me and my family regularly and made accommodations to the best of his ability. I will definitely be back it’s a great place to stay!!

Family Trip

This cabin was excellent. It’s exactly as described and everyone in our family loved it! Communication was is but not much as needed because there were no issues! Would def rent this cabin again!

Beautiful Views!

The cabin was super clean and nicely decorated. It was equipped with pots, pans, dishes and start up supplies. The views from the balconies were beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the towels provided. The owner was available if needed and super friendly. I want to note that there is only 1 bedroom (enclosed with a door)! The upstairs area was perfect for our 3 kids. It was open and overlooked the living area on the main level. There was a set of queen sized bunk beds, a sofa, tv, pool table and video game, along with a full bathroom. The kids loved their little “apartment” and I loved having all of them (and their stuff) upstairs and out of view from the main level. The only thing that surprised me was that there wasn’t any dressers. There was 1 small closet with like 5 hangers and then nowhere else to put clothes. They had to leave everything in their suitcases. They are kids and didn’t care and since it was out of sight I didn’t mind but if adults were sharing that upstairs space, you would probably want to bring something to store your clothes if you don’t want to live out of your suitcase. We did use the pool at the bottom of the mountain one day. The concession stand has everything and was convenient for ordering and taking back to the cabin. The drive up from the mountain is no less than 7-10 minutes depending on the time of day. You have to drive slowly and carefully so always give yourself time to drive wherever you might be going. We walked the resort and found a beautiful pool over the looking the mountains and workout facility but the lady at the front desk said we couldn’t use it. Apparently the resort owner makes the property owners pay additional fee to use it so many of the owners choose the community pool at the bottom of the mountain. You do have access to a pool so that is a nice option if you want it. The hot tub on your upper balcony was so nice to have as well! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and do not have any complaints! The cabin couldn’t be any cleaner or nicely decorated! We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

Honey Breeze cabin at Preserve Reserve

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Honey Breeze cabin and in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was clean and ready for our arrival, there was an ease in checking in and out of the cabin and throwing out our trash. We liked the smell of the natural wood interior, the three balconies and front porch, and of course the daily beautiful views of the Smokies. My kids enjoyed playing pool with the pool table provided and I enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. It was a pretty location that was close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and where we could take the scenic route throught the Smoky National Park, which was relaxing and beautiful.

Since our first wedding anniversary trip to Smokey, we fell in love with it!

Cozy and spectacular mountain views from the Honey Breeze and the Preserve Resort pavilion gives amazing refreshments and relaxation. Smokies always gives endless beauties from the wildlife in nature, amazing mountain views, lots of beautiful falls, scenic overlooks and trails. Needless to say, there are also tons of exciting places as Dollywood and The Island that can enjoy with friends and families within a short drive.

Honey Breeze has many points which makes you feel excited for Wears Valley. The location stretches from Pigeon Forge and Townsend. Seven miles from the cabin. Along your drive, you will find yourself the cozy and peaceful side of the Smokies. Locally owned friendly restaurants along the drive, unique attractions, or historic and gorgeous places. Don't forget the clear and wide-open mountain views from the prestigious Preserve Resort.

Indulge yourself in the Downtown Gatlinburg that offers a great restaurant not to mention the Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park and Ski Area, Smokey Mountain Alpine Coaster, the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Loop, go-kart, zip-line, golf, and so much more located only a short drive from the cabin.
