Unfortunately, we cannot control the construction in the neighborhood (neighbors building new homes), but the great news is that it generally does not occur on the weekends! We also want to clarify that the noise ordinance is enforced by the city of Folly Beach, not related to the shared upper and lower-level layout of the home.
