Denne 3 soveværelser og 3 bad ferie villa på Folly Beach er perfekt til familier og fyldt med klasse.

Solid fliser løber gennem hele hjemmet, som er dekoreret med en subtil blanding af klassiske ø billeder og toner af familieliv. De tre soveværelser har hver deres egen karakter. Det store soveværelse har en queensize seng, der er forbundet til et nyrenoveret badeværelse. Et nyt flisebelagt brusebad deler rummet med et boblebad og to håndvaske. Der er også adgang til havet dæk, der deles med stuen. Dækket giver en uhindret udsigt over Folly Beach fiskeri mole, stranden samt endeløse miles af hav og himmel. Udendørs møbler omfatter et bar-højde gårdhave bord med fire stole, som giver dig mulighed for at få mest muligt ud af havudsigt. To yderligere Adirondack stil bar-højde stole er til rådighed til komfortabelt sæde seks på ydersiden bordet. Slap af og nyd saltluften fra en af to liggestole. Også deles med stuen er loft til gulv vinduer, der virkelig åbner havudsigten til hele hjemmet. For den sjældne regnfulde dag kan gæsterne nyde at se tv på det nye 50 "Smart HDTV.

En ny køjeseng i 2. suite er perfekt til både børn og voksne. Den vigtigste seng er en dobbeltseng med en dobbelt køje over hovedet med en ekstra dobbelt trille. Køjesen værelse har en nyrenoveret flisebelagt bruser. Den 3. dronning suite har sit eget renoverede badeværelse med en kombination af bruser / badekar. Alle værelser har fladskærms-tv med indbygget dvd-afspiller. Den Graceful Egret er et perfekt sted at opleve Folly Beach og slappe af mens du gør det i en smule stil. Charleston Oceanfront Villas er et lukket havnefrontskompleks kun 15 minutter fra det historiske centrum Charleston og kun få skridt fra butikker og restauranter i Folly Beach. Dette condominium faciliteter omfatter 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevatorer, privat overdækket parkering og fantastisk udsigt.

Den Graceful Egret er et perfekt sted at opleve Folly Beach og slappe af mens du gør det i en smule stil. Dette condo har også adgang til 2 oceanfront pools, som er åbent sæsonligt hvert år fra 1 april til 31 oktober!

Perfect condo for an awesome beach trip! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is on the beach and has a great balcony for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening! And it is so close to Center Street and all of the great restaurants and shops! We had a great time!

The place was exactly as advertised, the check in and check out process was easy. I was glad that there were luggage carts available along with elevators, it made bringing our things in very easy. I would recommend this place for anyone! The view is the beach was fantastic and there was a restaurant across the street. I plan on coming back here in the future.

Excellent location

The property was right on the beach with great access and nearby amenities (restaurants, shops). Clean and mostly updated, this location accommodated our party of six and provided for a relaxing respite in the Charleston area.

Perfect spot, perfect vacay!!

We had a short girls trip to celebrate a birthday, this location is amazingly close to everything we needed! We had beach, pool and all the food and shopping we needed for a low-key getaway! We will be back!!!

The property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We love the location and always try to stay in the same condo building when visiting Charleston. I love a nice soak in a tub (especially after a long travel day) and always look for units with tubs, which was why I picked this unit for my latest stay in the building. Unfortunately, both bathtubs lacked stoppers that fit the drains. There was one generic stopper in the unit that didn’t really work in either tub, and hot water tank is not nearly large enough to fill the master jetted tub adequately to use it. The kitchen in this unit was lacking some essentials. We remedied that with a trip to the nearby Walmart. The property company does offer a beach gear credit, and that came in handy. I wish I’d known there were zero beach towels in the unit before picking my gear. I would have included some, if they were available. Overall, we still love the location and the unit was great for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the ocean view.

The location is perfect, we were right by the beach, we were close to everything. We love it. Just have few issues in the condo. The shower door handle broken and the TV in the bedroom not working, I called the property manager but he want me to do the trouble shooting on the phone.

Great location - never stayed that close to the water

This condo was exactly what we were looking for - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It was within walking distance to Center Street with all of the shops and restaurants. We had never stayed anywhere that was that close to the water! We loved it and would go back today!

Great condo!

Great condo and location. Beach was easy to access and wonderful. Beds were comfortable but all the pillows were very flat and there were not enough for the full bed (only 1) and the trundle bed (none).

Plenty of room and furnishings. Rooms were clean and place was secure. Deck is small with too much furniture. Great location to restaurants, we would stay again.

Christmas 2012

We spent the Christmas holiday at Graceful Egert and had a great time. Well stocked kitchen and layout of house gave privacy to everyone. We had friends and family over one afternoon and celebrated Christmas together in grand style. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great location

Great location, once we parked and unloaded the car we didn’t have to drive again. Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The condo itself was pretty well stocked with kitchen equipment. Master bedroom was spacious with a decent bathroom attached. My only criticism is that there was a bit too much furniture squeezed into the rental. We enjoyed our stay and would consider it again.

Nice Location Right on the Beach

The kitchen needs more bowls and serving dishes. The floors were not very clean...dust bunnies around the corners and under furniture. The deck was overcrowded with furniture.

Fantastic vacation!

This complex is a bit older but in a prime location close to everything. The pier, shopping, ice cream, coffee shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The elevator is very slow so we opted for steps most of the time. Unit is comfortable and mostly updated. It is a bit cramped in the dining space due to arrangement of, amount of and size of the - furniture but living and bedroom spaces are comfortable. Deck is large and easily seats 6 or more with a great view. Unit could use a refresh of kitchen items, didn't always have what we wanted but were able to make do with what's there. You are strictly limited to 2 fobs - which you need to access the pool and beach. Coordinating this is frustrating when you have 6 adults. Overall a great stay and would definitely return!

We appreciate the feedback! Deep cleans are done 2x a year, once in the spring and once in the fall, which is scheduled for this week. We also have a helpful staff on hand for any items our guests may need, and would have been happy to purchase any items for this reservation! We haven't heard the same feedback about supplies, dishes, glasses or cooking equipment from other guests but will do an evaluation and supply the necessary items.

Great location

This condo was in a great location and easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Check in, parking and overall facility was great. It was clean enough, although it could have been a little better. The only 2 complaints I have is the furniture and kitchen supplies. The furniture in the main area is too bulky for the space, although pretty, there were a lot of unnecessary decoration items around. The bigger concern with the furniture was all the glass tabletops were a bit dangerous for our kids. They often bumped heads on it and we were scared they would break items with all the glass and beach rocks around. The kitchen is not well stocked. There were no measuring cups, as well as other common items. No plastic cups, plates or bowls for kids. Again, a worry with the kids eating on the glass table. We did enjoy the place just wished it was a little more kid friendly living space!

We apologize you didn't enjoy your stay as much as you could have! We do our best to be completely transparent in all of our advertised photos to show all furniture and layout in the home so that if certain items will not work for your group, you're aware of that before booking the house. We also have a helpful staff on hand 24/7 to help purchase any additional items that the house may need. If we had known about missing some items, we could have helped accommodate!

Beachfront beauty - Clean, roomy, easy location & parking-beach, beach, beach!

Loved the 3/3 setup with the beautiful master opening to the large deck, roomy master bath & simple, tasteful decor! Although it is not new & needs a few details updated (Teflon scratched pans replaced, mismatched flatware & dishes), the furnishings and location were better than expected & our one call to management to work the TV cable & get a slow drain cleared were handled immediately (TV over phone with clear instructions & handyman arrived within 30 minutes & fixed the drain!) and kindly. Beds were comfy & linens ample-bring your own dish towel, beach towels & chairs, though. Wifi, cable TVs, 2 elevators, good A/C, well-equipped kitchen & updated master shower all nice, but having coffee on those great deck chairs with the huge beach view & surf sound was outstanding! We had food allergies in our group, but a couple of FB restaurants (incl Tokyo Crepes truck), easy access to nearby Harris Teeter, & the very close & funky Bert's market gave us fun organic & GFDF options, even for desserts! Fabulous family spring break option, beach not too crowded, our gated parking & no alcohol allowed on the beach kept it sane. Charleston & plantations were close for great dining & history - recommend carriage tour, Middleton plantation, & Five Loaves & Husk restaurants! We walked 5 miles on the beach every morning! We will happily book the Graceful Egret again.

Hi Bill! Thanks so much for the great review. Tokyo Crepes is one of our favorites also! Thanks for the note on the kitchen supplies also. We have since replaced ALL pots, pans, knives, dinnerware and flatware with brand new stuff! It all matches, too : ) We hope to see you again soon!
