We really enjoyed the area where the cabin is located. We seen 2 bears which one came up the stairs while we were in the hot tub! All in all we would rent this cabin again!

The cabin is delightful! Anyone staying will love it. It was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the area is beautiful. The hosts shared so much wonderful information. I would highly recommend Ethan & Brooklyn.

Cabin was just as advertised, clean and super comfy and the hosts were very reponsive to our questions The jacuzzi was great after a long day of hiking. We shopped at the food city that's only 5 minutes away and used the kitchen for many meals. The cabin is on a street with neighbors, but there is still a ton of privacy. We spotted a bobcat walking down the road and, also, on the last morning, we found a giant black bear inside of our van (it didnt do any damage).. our tip is to LOCK YOUR CAR DOORS. it was a memory that we will always share. Its only a 10 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg and 15 mins to Sugarlands Visitor Center.

Beautiful setting. Kitchen was well stocked but lacked a spatula to make eggs in the morning.Surprised no coffee provided but the grocery store was close by as you will need to bring your own salt and pepper too.Beds were comfortable, cabin laid out well. Shower tended to be slippery after shampooing, with no grab bars, the elderly should be aware of that. Also, because we’re elderly, and not used to the steep grade, a railing along the bottom steps would’ve been helpful.

The host was AMAZING in providing clear check-in and check-out information. Also, checking in mid trip to make sure we had everything we needed. GREAT location and views of the mountains! A short couple minutes drive to the parkway, but allowing us to enjoy peace and quiet. I appreciated the cleanliness of this property, king beds and extra towels in the bathroom! Hot tub was very clean with beautiful mountain views.

Overall nice property and location wasn’t too far from downtown, I was able to get Lyfts and Ubers to the cabin pretty easily. Main take away is the hot tub seems like it should’ve gotten hotter and the weakness of water pressure in the kitchen sink.

Great holiday stay

Stayed with some friends over the holiday weekend and had a great time. The hosts were super helpful and gave some great recommendations on things to do in the area and were super easy to talk with.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable and convenient to town and local attractions. Bring tissues and salt, pepper & sugar if you think you'll need them.

We took a side trip to spend some time relaxing after a wedding and this cabin was exactly what we needed. The location is up in elevation, on some narrow, winding roads, and it was super quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect location - right in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The bed was comfortable and although we went out for lunches and dinners, the cabin seemed to have everything you would need to cook meaIs. The owners were extremely responsive and provided helpful information prior to and during our trip.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

The chalet is easy to find and the check-in was a breeze. The hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. The king size beds were very comfortable. The washer/dryer was also a plus after hiking in the Smoky Mountain National Park! We enjoyed our stay.

Nice cabin off the main road

Good location just far enough off main street for some quiet. Everything worked as it should in the house and it was plenty big enough for our family of 5. The hot tub was a neat extra.

Wonderful!

I had a wonderful stay in this cabin! I stayed in Gatlinburg primarily to hike and take in the gorgeous scenery of the Great Smoky Mountains. The location was perfect as it had me far enough out of town where I didn't have to be near all the tourists but close enough that I didn't have to drive too far to the hiking trails, scenic drives or neighboring towns like Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Townsend and Bryson City. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities one could hope for. It was so quiet and peaceful! The owners gave me a ton of helpful information about the cabin and staying in Gatlinburg in general. I was especially grateful for the info since it was my first time staying in this area. The check-in/check-out process was super easy as well. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The host tried! Communication was good. The place was pretty gross. When we walked in there was a smell. Musty like. So we opened the windows thinking maybe it had just been enclosed for a while. As we started looking around, and especially in the bathroom, there is mold on the ceiling and the ceiling fan had at least a quarter inch of dust. I do have pictures and wish I could show them. Then we get to the bedrooms, the ceiling fan had an inch of dust on it, the pillows did not have coverings, and one of the bedspreads on the two king beds had a stain. I requested new pillows, pillow, coverings, and different blankets. They showed up with pillow coverings and new bedspreads. No pillows. The pillows were so gross that they looked like they just came out of the Goodwill bin outback. After sharing that we did not get the pillows, I again reached out and they told me that they would allow me to cancel my last two days and give me all my money back. We were just there from another state for four days. The last thing I wanted to do was look for another place to stay. As you know, it’s cheaper the longer you stay because you’re not paying for a cleaning person. I have many pictures, including the mold in the bathroom. This is actually the only VRBO I’ve ever stayed at that was terrible. I think it was a new listing because that’s what it said, so maybe they will take this and fix up the place. I do worry that the mold may be toxic. We had the windows open the entire time

I thought the property was perfect for us. It was tucked into the hills and gave us a real mountain experience. The hot tub on the deck was a nice added bonus.
