Check in was easy loved being able to just type in the code I have always wanted to stay in a cabin and the experience was absolutely phenomenal unfortunately didn't get to see any bears we checked out this morning and heard down the road a bit someone was yelling there was a bear but unfortunately they scared it off before we could see it. The whole stay was nothing short of amazing would definitely vacation with Jackson rentals again can't express how much I loved this vacation and for future guests def check out the akyland ranch and the Steven bests magic show

Beautiful cabin. Very clean and well maintained. Only downside was that the light in the hot tub did not work.

This cabin was amazing and a perfect fit for our family of 5. The check in process was smooth, no issues whatsoever. When we arrived to town 30 minutes earlier than expected, we were able to check in early with no issues. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. We especially loved to sit on the porch as a family and discuss our plans for the day, or discuss the fun we had in town that day. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen suited our needs. Communication with the host was exceptional. When we realized our bathrooms were short the needed towels for our family, the host responded quickly and a new set of linens were dropped off within 20 minutes. The email messages prior to our arrival noted that they supplied toilet paper/paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc for one day but what was provided definitely lasted longer than that. We ended up bringing all the extra supplies we brought from home back with us. We ndid not go to the community pool, but it was often filled with people and looked like a nice set up. The cabin is close to a grocery store and within 30 minutes of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend this cabin! We will definitely be back!

We loved the cabin and how easy it was to get to downtown Gaitlinburg. The pictures match the property perfectly and it was very clean. We did have some issues that affected our stay. First we arrived at night and the lighting around the sign with the house address is very poor and we could not even tell if we were at the right cabin. Luckily the cabin next door had better lighting so we could see their house address to help. Second, in the shower upstairs there are refillable bottles attached to the shower for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but they were completely empty. If you are not going to provide them then take the bottles down. Lastly, and our biggest issue was in the middle of our second night the smoke alarm started to beep. Unfortunately it was too high up for my husband to reach. We had to go downstairs to sleep in the other bedroom because of the noise. I messaged Steve first thing the next morning and he told me he would try to get it fixed. We spent most of the day out of the cabin due to the noise. When we got back it wasn't beeping anymore so we though it was fixed. I thought it was weird that we never got a message saying someone would come into the cabin to fix it, but since we were gone I didn't care. Well later that night it started beeping again, and again we had to sleep downstairs because of the noise. I would have loved to spend more time in the cabin but the beeping was very annoying.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you loved the cabin, found it very clean, and appreciated its convenient location. We would also like to clarify that while we provide a starter supply of essential items, including hand soap and other basic toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, and other refillable shower products are not provided as part of the home's amenities. We apologize for any confusion caused by the dispensers in the shower. We are especially sorry for the inconvenience caused by the smoke alarm. We understand how disruptive the beeping was and appreciate you reporting it to our team and allowing them to address it. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Your feedback has been shared with the appropriate teams for review, and we appreciate the opportunity to continue improving the guest experience. Your Jackson Mountain Team
