4 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom Single Home With Dock Space For Up To 2 Boats
Welcome to the Burritt House, a 3-story 4 bedroom, 2 full bath single home with dock space included.

Our home is located within walking distance to local shopping and dining establishments and provides off street parking for up to two vehicles. Inside you will find 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The large deck with gas grill provided is a great place to enjoy your meal and watch the amazing sunsets that are unique to the 1000 Islands. The Kinney drug store is just across the street and has proven to be a life-saver for many renters in the past.

The home was completely remodeled in June/July 2017 which includes all new interior and exterior paint, new living room furniture, flat screen smart TV's, new dishwasher, new over-the-range microwave, and much more! In 2018 a new furnace and on-demand water heater was added to replace our old aging unit. In 2019 the entryway (mud room) was remodeled to provide a more welcoming fist impression to our guests. The central AC unit was replaced to a more energy efficient model. We strive to keep our house in top working order for our valued guests.

Our home is close enough to town for you to enjoy all that Alex Bay has to offer yet it's situated in such a way that provides the much needed peace and tranquility that you deserve. The location and convenience of this property speak for itself.

All of your essential items are included in the price shown on the website. This includes WiFi access, cleaning fees, and dock fees, some of which other landlords charge for separately. We also provide you with paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, dish detergent, and more. We want you to be happy that you chose our property for your vacation!

Please contact the owner with any questions prior to booking. Questions or inquiries are encouraged so that you are sure you've made the right choice in booking our home. We ask for weekly rentals during the in-season months with changeover day being Saturday. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am.

***COVID-19 UPDATE***

As owners we want to assure all guests and potential guests that your health and safety is of utmost importance to us. We have worked diligently with our housekeeper to set a new higher standard for deep cleaning after each family leaves. One or both of the owners will be on site at change-over day to assist with cleaning and disinfecting the home. The central air conditioning filters will be changed weekly. We will have hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes available to you as well.

Your patronage is very much appreciated and we want to assure you that our home is safe and ready for your stay. Please contact the owners if you have any questions prior to booking.

A nice cosy cottage with great water views

Short Stay but Long Memories

We were only there for a couple days but the house worked great for the 5 of us guys on a fishing trip. Highly recommend the Burritt House and the owners. Thanks!

Burrit house

We had a great time here. The house had all of the essentials that you would need. Right on the lake. We were able to dock right in back yard and take our boat out anytime. Great spot for a get away!

Girls Weekend

We had an amazing weekend at this property! It was very clean, had a beautiful view of the water, and the host was so accommodating and welcoming! He was easy to reach for questions and all details regarding the stay were clearly outlined. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a peaceful water retreat, I hope to be back one day!

Cozy and comfortable

Great house close to the water. Everything was very clean inside. We had 8 people total and were very comfortable. Owners communicate as needed and are very accommodating. Loved our time there.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time. Small mouth bass galore. Would recommend this house. The owners are very helpful. Shops, restaurants and food store very close. The Bolt castle was amazing. Thanks again Chris.

Wonderful time and location

Property was spotless. Location is great near all activities such as Bolt Castle, downtown shopping and restaurants, Eisenhower locks and Kingston Canada. Busy the whole time there. Nice having your boat in the backyard. Will be back.

Just what we needed!!

The 6 of us wanted some relaxing time on the water and that is exactly what we got. Home had more than enough space for us and was very clean and updated with everything you would need for your stay. The views of the sunsets were incredible from all 3 floors. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone I know.

Nice house in great location!

Great place to stay that is close to everything. We had two bass boats and the dock worked out great for us. There isnt enough parking for trailers, but owners offered nice secluded parking for them not too far away and we had no issues keeping them their during our trip. The drug store directly across the street was super convenient, as they carried a great variety of needed things. I highly recommend this property
