As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, charcoal grill, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essential appliances and cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or step outside to the porch and fire pit for alfresco dining and relaxation.
When it's time to unwind, curl up in the cozy living room or explore the selection of card games, books, and Roku streaming entertainment for both adults and kids. Retreat to the comfortable bedrooms and refreshing bathrooms, where you'll find cotton linens, towels, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
With ample parking, air conditioning, heating, and outdoor furniture, this vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it the ideal base for your Farmerville getaway. In addition, our house is truly a treat for fishermen. Lake D' Arbonne is one of the top fishing lakes in the country and home of some of the top fishing tournaments in the US. FYI: When it is rainy, it is best to use the public boat launch nearby.

Peaceful and perfect

We really enjoyed staying here! The combination of enclosed, open and screened areas offer the best outdoor views and experiences. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Great place

The house was immaculate and the owner was so nice. She even came by to check on us to make sure everybody was good super sweet lady. Great thrift-store in town called Trees of Righteousness if u like to dig for treasures this is ur place. The water pressure was amazing. We are just looking to relax and sit by the water.

Great weekend getaway

We had a really great stay. You can't ask for a better proximity to the lake. There was plenty of room for a family of 8. Laurie was a wonderful host and was very responsive to questions. The house was equipped with just about everything we needed and Walmart was just a 15 minute drive away. Would stay here again!

Great Family Vacay Spot

We came to the Farmerville area for a family wedding event. The house was located at the end of a dead-end road, so a few winding roads to get there, but once there extremely quiet and peaceful. The house was as-described- plenty of rooms for everyone, and the enclosed patio spaces were a bonus. We found the home to be well appointed and clean, and there was room for our family to spread out. Would recommend this place as a family gathering spot when in the area. The master bathroom was huge and helpful for our group. Open floorplan helped with social interaction, and right on the water for fishing and the views. Would return!

We chose to stay here primarily due to boat ramp. Good communication with owners, from a ramp perspective to the lake it’s not ideal. It’s usable but very tough in wet conditions which we experienced this weekend. Essentially it’s all dirt to the narrow ramp. But like I said, its usable

Great Family time

We had a lovely time relaxing and being with family. Boating, fishing, relaxing in the living spaces with a view of the lake. Very clean, kitchen fully supplied, beds comfortable!

Great weekend with our friends. Sunroom was great for early morning coffee and watching the lake. Plenty of room for all. Laurie was great to work with. Would enjoy going back to this property again.

Good Place by the Lake

We enjoyed our stay. Just wasn’t long enough. Has a nice glassed in back porch overlooking the lake. We enjoyed this porch in the early morning with a cup of coffee watching the lake. Beds were comfortable. The house was decorated in some really nice ways.

Peaceful & Relaxing Getaway

We loved the house, very clean and peaceful. Lots of room for kicking back with 2 enclosed porches and 1 open porch. You are right on the water where there is a boat lanch, boat deck, a fishing pier along with a fish cleaning station. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely as always

We brought our mom back to the lake house for a few days away. The home, as it was on our previous visit, was spotless and very well appointed. The glassed in patio was perfect for my mom to be able to sit and watch the water and watch her great granddaughter play. If I had anything negative to say, it is that the beds are a little firm. A foam mattress topper would be helpful. Nonetheless, plan to stay again in the fall if it works out. Thanks again for a lovely visit!

Great weekend trip!

This lake house was a perfect getaway for the weekend! The enclosed sunroom was the perfect place to watch the sunrise. The house was very clean and the owners had great communication. We hope to visit again in the future!

Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quite often featuring beautiful sunrises and birds. The house and the serenity of the lake is truly a beautiful place to relax and unwind from your busy schedule.
We kindly ask, all our guests please read our rental agreement, house rules and policies. Please understand we don’t know you and we don’t have a Crystal ball to see who is good and not. We just need to be in the same page to avoid misunderstanding. HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: OWNER/Manager of rental property shall not be liable for any damages and/or injury to tenant and or their guest(s),or their personal property due to TENANT’S acts, actions or neglect. TENANT agrees to hold OWNER/ Manager harmless against any claim for damage and or injury for the use any structures or equipment ( boat launch, dock pier, fire pit, cleaning station or any amenities in/on the house due to TENANTS act or neglect or their guests act or neglect. The house has 3- porches. Airconditioned glass enclosed, screened and open air porches. Beautiful Sunrise, peaceful, calming and relaxing view of the serene water at the lake. Our neighborhood is very peaceful, nice and quite often featuring beautiful sunsets and birds around.
Due to unpredictable weather, you may experienced power outages, the house doesn’t have standby generator. Weather conditions and road/neighbor’s construction projects are beyond hosts control.
