Step inside the main floor, where an inviting open-concept kitchen and dining area welcome you, complemented by three bedrooms and a 3/4 bath for your convenience. Ascend to the second floor to discover two additional bedrooms and a full bath, ensuring ample space for everyone.

The lower level unveils a family and entertainment room, providing a perfect haven for gatherings. Whether you're engrossed in TV shows, absorbed in card games, or challenging friends to a game of pool, this room offers the ideal backdrop for relaxation and fun. Step outside onto the expansive deck from the family room, offering panoramic views of the lake with northeastern exposure. As evening falls, come together on the deck and utilize the gas grill to prepare delightful dinners, creating unforgettable moments against the picturesque lake backdrop.

Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the convenience of the large U-shaped dock, where you can easily dock a boat up to 25 feet, allowing you to explore the waters at your leisure. Enjoy modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and cable TV. The property's prime location grants you easy access to Meredith's renowned restaurants, as well as the bustling dining and entertainment scene of the Weirs, making it the perfect home base for your Meredith getaway.

There is parking for 5 cars. If you have more than one boat please ask in advance to get owner approval at the time of booking. If you have a boat trailer, you will have to find off-site parking while staying at this home. Please also note that the kayaks shown in main photo do not come with the rental.

There are window A/C's in the upstairs bedrooms and in one of three bedrooms on the main level only. The lower level is below-grade and stays cool.

A small dog may be allowed, depending on size and breed, and with a $175 pet fee. Be sure to ask about bringing your dog when talking with our reservation agents.

The house is starting to really need some work, the slope in the living room was too much for the elderly people. The bathroom knob upstairs is very tricky to open. The people before us left the grill a mess and we spend an hour scraping it. Otherwise it is fantastic, the dock is huge and the kids had a blast fishing and caught some small mouth bass.

Great Location

Our week in Meredith was most enjoyable. We rent a pontoon boat for the week so having the Marina right near the rental property was ideal. This lake house has plenty of sleeping space (5 bedrooms) and accommodated our group of 11. The kitchen is very small but it was sufficient as long as there were only 2 in the area. I would like to mention that there was some mildew smell to the lower level (a dehumidifier would be ideal); This could be attributed to such a rainy summer. More comfortable seating is needed in the lower level where the TV area is located. We had to use our beach chairs to accommodate everyone when trying to have a movie night. The deck is the best part of this property. Our party spent a great portion of each day enjoying this as well as being on the water every day with the boat. Some comfortable seating with maybe a gas fire table would have been a nice addition. I would recommend the dock be refinished; the stain/paint is peeling and sticks to your feet/shoes.

Great location with some issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is located perfect day for us. So close to Meredith. Easy to get anywhere on the lake. The dock and outdoor area iare lovely. The five bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Those are all the good points of the house. On the downside, there isn’t a comfortable chair in the place. We all complain that was sitting on any of the chairs or sofas. There seems to be some kind of major foundation or building issue, and the top two floors slant dramatically down toward the lake. It took two days for our kids to be able to get used to walking through the home. And the fact that there is no key box is more of an inconvenience than we thought it would be. It added 45 minutes to our trip home to have to drive all the way to Center Harbor to return the keys.

Stairs into the water - last step was pretty deep but a ladder also to get into the water at the shallow end. Sandy bottom and it gradually gets deeper. You do have to back up your boat and trailer to the house as there is no place to turn around. Kitchen and bathroom on the first floor small. Yes the floor has a slant to it but you get use to it. Could use a couple more comfortable chairs on the first floor(only had one). Pool table was great and it was a good neighborhood to walk in. We had a great week!
