Enjoy the sunrise on the front sitting area with your coffee or mimosas or view the Florida sunset on the lanai. Close to shopping, restaurants, nightlife of downtown Cape Coral and only a 30 minute drive to the beach. You'll find yourself wanting to extend your stay almost immediately.

This single family home is located in a central residential area in the SW of Cape Coral. This home features fun equipment like beach and pool equipment, board, card & bag games. On rainy days, you may also watch TV. You'll feel like home in our home right from the very first moment.

This villa offers you over 2,000 sqft 3 bedrooms & study which can be used as a 4th bedroom as well as an open kitchen. Washer and dryer are also available for your convenience. More than that, the villa is located on a fresh water canal. Stores for daily needs like Walmart and Publix are just minutes away. Probably, you won't need much more, because in the villa you have all the amenities you need for your stay. You can prepare great food either in the kitchen or the BBQ grill on the lanai.

The Living Area
The large sliding glass doors of the living room not only provide access to the lanai and pool, but also provides plenty of light. The living area has a sizeable, comfortable sitting area for a relaxed TV, board or card game evening. The large, internet-enabled TV is perfect for your entertainment experience.

Lamps next to the sofa provide perfect light to read a book or to create a cozy atmosphere.

The Kitchen

The kitchen offers state of the art appliances. The fridge serves filtered water, ice cubes or crushed ice at the touch of a button. The large stove and oven are ready to prepare delicious dishes and the dishwasher will clean the dishes while you relax in the pool. You will also find smaller appliances like a blender, toaster, waffle maker and sufficient quantity of dishes and table ware.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed for relaxed nights. The attached master bath is only accessible thru the master bedroom. So you'll not have to share it with anyone else.

The other two bedrooms have a queen and full bed respectively. These two rooms are located right next to the second bathroom, which has direct access to the pool area.

The den/study can also be used as an additional bedroom that has a futon that converts to a full size bed. All of the rooms are equipped with flat screen TV's.

Heated Pool and Lanai

The lanai and the pool area are accessible from the living area, the master bedroom and the guest bathroom. A large table and gas grill awaits you along with a seating area with a TV. Ideal for relaxing (barbeque) evening or romantic sunsets.

Outdoor and Dock
If you can't make it to the beach, just enjoy the sunset on the dock. 2 Adirondack chairs invite you to linger and enjoy the view. The property has a monthly maintenance agreement for pest control. This aids in the control of mosquitoes, no-see-ums & any other kind of pests outside.

Smoking and Pets
Smoking is prohibited inside the house but there are ashtrays provided for smoking outside the premises. A small dog 20 lbs or less is permitted.
