Planning a business trip? Need a conference room? Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center is the perfect spot! With so many events happening on "The World's Most Famous Beach all year: Race Week, Bike Week, Biketober Fest, Jeep Week, cheerleading competitions, beauty pageants, gymnastic events, Shriners events, multiple races at Daytona International Speedway, Ocean Center Home and Garden Shows, concerts, (you can even catch a Space X launch from the beach!) and SO MUCH MORE!!

When it's time for lunch or dinner, Daytona Beach is LOADED with great and delicious places to eat! One of our personal favorites is "Big Tuna" just across the street in the Publix parking lot (the bacon wrapped plaintains are something other-worldly!). If you're in the mood for Italian food, take the short drive to Genovese's Italian Cafe to try their manicotti, pizza, cannoli and tiramisu. Have the kiddos tagging along? Caribbean Jack's on the bay is a super cool place with "swinging" tables, great music and a Banana's Foster that should ALWAYS be put on top of their salted caramel cheesecake!

Beautiful beaches that you can drive up to your perfect sunbathing spot (NO LUGGING BEACH GEAR!), Daytona Pier and for golf enthusiasts, head up to St Augustine and tour the World Golf Hall of Fame.

When you finally are ready to head inside, enjoy the custom decorated bathroom with a defogging, LED mirror, soothing tile and fluffy towels. Wifi access, excellent selection of things to watch on the 55" Samsung Smart TV (cable channels galore!) will make your nights as relaxing as your fun-filled days.

What a perfect place to stay right by the beach and short driving distances to bars and restaurants. Melodie was awesome and easy to get in touch with. The people working there were also so friendly and answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

we rented for thanksgiving night until Sunday. we were to check in at 4:00 pm. after talking to VRBO staff for 2 hours in the hall way of the condo. The owner finally sent us the code to get in. Friday it was windy and we are on the 11th floor the wind was creaming through a leak in the A/C unit and widow like a banshee ALL NIGHT LONG. So no sleep that night.We rent VRBO all the time never had anything like this happen before.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. For example short and curlies on the shower wall and dirty/dusty surfaces. Adults don’t want to eat and drink off of plastic unless it’s disposable. We don’t care about the amenities being closed as we knew that going into the booking. However, beach access was quite the nuisance as was parking considering the gate had no through access and you had to walk all the way around for parking and beach access. Lastly, I was told the pool would be open not only was that in the listing, but in messages between me and the owner…it was not and didn’t look like it would be opening for a very long time. That was really disappointing. I will say the view was sensational, and the room was nicely put together. I would recommend rearranging the furniture so that it allows for better flow and functionality.

Me and my boyfriend had the best time there! Everything was great, the room smelled so good when we walked in and I loved being able to step out and see the sunrise

We enjoyed our time here for our girls trip. The location is about 2 miles from the Daytona nightlife but there are some nice restaurants to eat at within walking distance. The hotel in which the condo is located is under what looks like to be slow renovations so we were a little shocked at first. If you are looking for a quiet place on the beach this is definitely the place to come.

It’s such a perfect location and everything was so clean when we got there. Everything was easily accessible and the shops weren’t too far down the main road. We would definitely stay here again.

I did not end up stsying due to the run down hotel, no amenities open, elevator barely running & in horrible condition. Room was ok but no closet space, curtains were in bad condition but otherwise ok

Beautiful condo

I absolutely loved this condo! The view was amazing. We were able to watch sunrise and sunset with ease. Also stepping out onto the balcony you can hear the waves crashing on the ocean. Would recommend this condo to everyone!! Check in was easy and it was super clean. Five stars

Condo is nice and updated. The property as a whole is pretty neglected. We enjoyed our stay but the property was probably really great at one point and it’s sad to see it so unkept. The price reflects these shortcomings so I would say overall worth staying here.

Rockville 2025

Stayed for 5 nights fir Rockville. Overall accommodation was good but as others have said, its really just an upgraded hotel room. Bed was decent, shower excellent. There is a nice ocean view, but no deck. The cons were parking was challenge as little available onsite and no amenities were open, but that was communicated tobis and no fault of the host. Overall good experience and would consider in the future.

Great stay

The unit was absolutely fantastic. The Hotel property is going through some renovation and changes needs some updating. The pool was not open. The elevators were not working except for a couple of them. Just a little inconvenience has nothing to do with the unit owner.

Condo Under Repair

Showed up an hour early, inquired with host to see if i could get the code. They responded right away which is nice - and advised i could come in. The place was half cleaned, would obviously have understood if they made me wait the hour for the finish. I notified the host and the cleaner came back and fixed it in a timely manner.The place is under repair from damage from hurricanes, so all amenities (pool, bar, gym, etc) are closed and under repair. Beach was nice.

Would not come back

Not sure how this property got a 9.0 rating. This property is in very rough shape. We learned it has not been repaired from a hurricane over 2 years ago. The unit was decent, but overall the experience was not good. Would not recommend to anyone.

Daytona was OK

Room was nice. When I book i understood that some of the amenities would be closed but did not expect all of them the would be. NO exercise, restaurant, pool or access to the beach. Also late at night there were a number of people asleep in the chairs.

Hi, y'all!! Welcome to our "Beach House" (our kiddos call it that, so we just roll with it! Our family of 7 kids, 3 dogs, 5 cats and lots of laughter stays busy on the water as much as we can! Even though our home is in Louisiana, our heart stays in Daytona Beach!

DBR is such a great mashup of activities, special events, close to EVERYTHING and who doesn't love being able to drive on the beach to people watch? Our unit is completely renovated, no detail was overlooked to make your stay the best stay in Daytona Beach!

Our resort is loaded with amenities: an arcade, a fitness room, a restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the poolside Tiki Bar with the best burgers east of Texas and a killer view from the 11th floor balcony....if you're a Space X kind of person, head down to the beach on launch day to watch it in person! It's awesome for the whole family!
