Tastefully restored 1920 cabin with over 100ft of creek frontage in downtown Nederland. Brand new hot tub on Spacious deck. 2 Dedicated off street parking spaces. Home is completely remodeled. King bed in larger bedroom overlooks the water. Rear bedroom has a queen and twin bunk bed. Open Floorplan. Heated Clubhouse next to hot tub & deck provides additional space for entertainment. Walk to all amenities from this unique location right in Nederland’s business district tucked behind E 1st St.

Comfortable & Great Location

Everything was easy to reserve, check in and out and communication was excellent. The cabin is as advertised and even better. Lots of extras and nice small touches. Cozy, comfortable and right on the water. Easy to walk to everything in town and great location for outdoor activities. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Tony is Amazing!

Thank you Tony for being very accommodating and providing a very cozy home in the mountains! The area surrounding it is very cute (with an alpaca shop that is amazing) and the home itself was very clean and taken care of! Would 100% book with Tony. Again!

Top Notch Rental on the Creek

This is a small cottage, literally on the creek. Lots of amazing nooks and warm naural light, sounds of the babbling creek right out the door. If you love Nederland like we do, this cabin is central to everything. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Great location!

This was our second stay at this cabin, and we loved it! Everything is in walking distance, which is great. Was disappoint the the two large trees blew over this past year. The cabin has everything you need, and is a great place to stay.

Even better in person

The location is ideal with immediate local access to businesses and restaurants, but also with a tranquil setting creekside. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, beds comfy with cute, farmhouse decor. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely cabin. Decorated nicely for Christmas, which was a nice surprise. Comfy beds. Cozy living room. Toys and games provided. Only request would be to supply a high chair. Thanks!

Snowed in fun!

A beautiful location on the creek, right in the middle of town. House supplied many extras and was clean and comfortable. Daughter really enjoyed hot tub as we hung out in the clubhouse. Would love to return.

Relaxing on the river

We really enjoyed our stay on the river in Nederland. The cozy cabin was a perfect place for us to unwind. We enjoyed having a fire in the cool mornings & evenings, reading books provided in the cabin, and walking to get dinner, coffee & smoothies. The cabin was comfortable and well equipped for making our stay easy and feel like home. We especially enjoyed the cute fall decor, and selection of coffee & tea.

A perfectly needed getaway

This cabin is a very clean and relaxing place to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. It is on the edge of town but right on the river tucked away enough to have your own hideaway. We could walk.to the nearby grocery store and to any of the town’s Restaurants, which were all very good. We highly enjoyed our stay. The owners have thought of all the extras to make your visit completely cozy, calm, comfortable and so clean! restaurants i, which were all.

Great location on the Creek

Outstanding location on the Middle Boulder Creek in Ned. Access restaurants by day and sleep to the sound of the creek at night. Nice outdoor space for enjoying the mountain air. Cabin is well equipped. Check-in, check-out, and parking are all very easy.

Great place in downtown Nederland

Stayed here twice, has the feel of a private mountain cabin on a river while also having all the amenities of being downtown, 300 feet from a brewery, a bagel shop, and the grocery store. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed the location of the cabin, which allowed us to go almost everywhere on foot. We skied two day at Eldora, which is just a short drive away. Our kids especially loved the hot tubbing in the snow! The local Breweries and the Nepali Kathmandu restaurant were some of our favorites. The cabin is very well stocked, and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The owner was easy to communicate with and will do his best to answer any questions as needed. Overall it is was a great place to stay and would definitely come back and stay again if we returned to the area.

Cozy and Beautiful

This was the perfect place for me and my husband. The location was perfect! Close to the main street of nederland but tucked away enough that it was quiet and peaceful! The cabin itself was so clean and so cute! We will definitely be booking again!

I came over from England in 1991 on a golf scholarship at UCF in Orlando. I played golf and soccer semi-professionally. Now I'm a local real estate agent. I still coach soccer over in Gilpin County. I love the mountains and especially the Black Hawk and Nederland communities. I ski at Eldora, bike on local trails and enjoy all the dining and coffee shops Nederland has to offer.

This is such a unique property and location that when the owner's asked me to list the property for sale I decided to purchase it myself. Being right on the water and being able to walk to all the Nederland amenities and activities makes it a really special place to be.

Over 100 feet of creek frontage. Private parking. Hot tub. Huge Deck. No neighbors. The only home in this part of the business district. Thorpe means village or dweller in the village. Hence Thorpe On The Water.
