Fire up the gas grill and enjoy alfresco meals at the patio table for four. A handy pass-through window from the kitchen makes serving meals and drinks a breeze. At night, unwind under the stars next to the firepit.

If you're looking for a little more excitement, head just across from the patio to the detached garage featuring an expansive game room. Designed for ages 6 through adult, it’s packed with entertainment: a full-size pool table, poker/card table, two arcade machines (Mortal Kombat and Pac-Man), basketball hoop competition game, board games, along with yard games like cornhole and badminton. There's even a cozy lounge area with a TV and a huge projector screen with a variety of DVDs for movie fun, plus a microwave for quick snacks.

Inside, the spacious two-story layout includes everything you need for a convenient stay, including a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with dishwasher, central A/C, Wi-Fi, and a private washer and dryer. The main-floor primary bedroom includes a private en suite with a separate tub and shower. Two additional bedrooms upstairs share a second full bathroom. A second living space upstairs with a smart TV offers flexible entertainment options, and there’s also a main-floor half bath for convenience.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests will have access to the neighborhood's boat launch.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
