DESIGN of the House is Unique, and it is VERY PRIVATE and stand alone. The rental is considered a second address. To operate, we require; 2 Solar Permits, 2 Jacuzzi permits, 2 Docks, 2 Electric Bills, 2 Gas Bills, etc... IT IS 2 Separate addresses according to the town we live in. The backyards set up is 2nd to none as you have the fencing and private waterfront with Super Magnolia Tree and a Fig Tree and more surrounding you, ad the wildlife birds, fish, crabs, and it's the most perfect place.
