Great stay at Ortley Beach. House is close to a clean beautiful beach and is well appointed. We especially liked the kitchen and large bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Marc was super awesome and responsive throughout the trip. The house is a block from the beach and has lots of beach toys, chairs and wagons to use. The place was perfect for our family trip!

We had a fabulous girls trip and Marc was a great host - he frequently messaged to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was gorgeous and clean. The location is perfect for quick access to the beach, boardwalk, and traveling north to other fun locations like Point Pleasant. Will definitely book this house again in the future!

We had a great time at Marc and Melinda's unit! This is the perfect spot for friends and family. The space was great and had everything we needed. The location is so close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Marc made it super easy to communicate. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful Vacation Property

We had the most amazing stay. The house was clean and meticulously maintained. The beach and surrounding area was quiet but had plenty to do. Communication with the owner was easy and seamless. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Location and space!

We loved being so close to the beach! Everything we needed was close and convenient. We had 11 people in the house and it never felt crowded!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful house with great amenities and plenty of space. We had 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The owner, Marc, was very responsive and went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay, which we did! Highly recommend!

Family Jersey Beach vacation

It was lovely! The house and location can’t be beat. Walk a block and on a beautiful, clean beach. We had a comfortable, relaxing stay. Owner was kind, very responsive and so helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing beach house getaway

This house had absolutely everything we could have asked for! The owner was very easy to communicate with and made everything super easy and clear before and during our stay. The location was great, the accommodations were great, and nobody could think of a single negative thing to say about this house/trip!

Beautiful Home Steps to the Beach

Our family had a great vacation at this beach block home. Marc was a great host and very responsive. His home is fantastic and is furnished with everything you need from beach chairs to bicycles! We are looking forward to a return stay,

Our family had an amazing week at Marc's house. Location is beach block and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Tons of beach chairs/umbrellas/games so you can pack light. So much to do within walking distance we only got in the car a few times during the week. We would definitely be up for coming back in the future.

Beautiful house, perfect location

We were Two families with young kids- house had the perfect amount of space that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. House had everything we needed (beach chairs, wagons, ping pong table!) so less to pack. Location was perfect- close to boardwalk and mini golf/arcade.

Cozy house

The owner, Marc, was very nice and easy to contact for questions. House is cute and clean, and they provided all the essentials to make for a smooth trip. They were also flexible with check in and check out times so there was no pressure to get everyone packed and out by 11am. I would definitely recommend!

Ortley/Seaside Heights Beach block

Marc our host was amazing!! Great communication! Absolutely gorgeous property inside and out, well kept home with every amenity needed for a beach vacation. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and sofas! Quiet, clean I could go on and on!!!

Cozy Home in Ortley Beach

This house was absolutely perfect for our annual family beach getaway. The house is fully stocked with kitchen items, a great outdoor grill, beach tags, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes and wagons ! This modern hidden gem is super close to the beach, just a block away. The communication with the host was excellent before, during and after our stay. Everything was so well organized with our stay! We are definitely going to be staying here again! Would highly recommend for families with young kids.

Perfect Multi Family Vacation Rental

Spent two weeks at this property. We were 3 couples w teenagers/young adults. Plenty of space and very clean. Zero complaints. Walk to the beach, restaurants, arcade, ice cream shop, bakery and deli. Host was extremely pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Perfect girls weekend!

Had an amazing girls’ weekend in Ortley thanks to Marc! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. Plenty of bedrooms, space for hanging out, and room for food/ drinks! We loved hanging out on the back deck which had a great view. Marc was great to work with- super responsive and accommodating with anything we needed. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me right away. We will definitely be back!

Check in was really easy. Marc was helpful and was easy to communicate with. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had 11 people stay and it didn’t feel overcrowded. Everything we needed for the beach was also available to use at the house - which made the stay sooo much easier. Great location! The beach was a block away and there were multiple places to grab food within a few blocks. Five kids 8-13 years of age had no problem with the walk to the boardwalk. I would absolutely stay again.

House was open and spacious. It had all the items we needed, fully stocked kitchen so we could cook as we wanted, washer and dryer, plenty of room for our family. glad it had beach chairs etc since we are from out of state and could not bring everything. Everything was clean when we arrived and getting in to the house was easy. TV's all worked. The decor was updated and very pleasant.

5 stars in all aspects

The house is incredibly clean and spacious with well thought-out layout. A proper outdoor shower, multiple dining areas and the 3rd floor bunk-bed room for kids to name a few. I appreciated that the house was so well stocked with all the needs - from beach carts/chairs/toys to well-stocked kitchen necessities in the quality you’d expect at your own home. It was clear that the owner thought of everything the renters may need! The owner Marc was incredibly considerate throughout our stay. Our favorite house in Jersey Shore by far!

We could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked this property, Marc was available and incredibly responsive via text.When he saw that a major nor’easter was forecast for our weekend, he proactively reached out to see if we wanted to reschedule. He went to the house himself to make sure everything was storm-ready. We unfortunately lost power, and without hesitation, Marc offered to move us to another one of his exceptional properties so that we would be comfortable. We declined because we had already settled into his beautiful home, and thankfully, the power was restored quickly.What made his kindness even more meaningful was that he knew we were there for my son’s wedding during the storm. He was genuinely caring and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. We felt that he truly wanted to make sure everything was okay for us during such an important weekend.And the house itself is absolutely gorgeous. It is a recently built, beautiful and very sturdy home that is exceptionally well equipped. Everything was comfortable, thoughtfully provided, and exactly what we needed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property, but even more importantly, about Marc. Hosts like him are what make a stay truly special. His communication, thoughtfulness, kindness, and genuine concern for his guests went far beyond what we expected. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home with an awesome host!
