This 2nd floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
Unit 245 is a corner unit with stunning panoramic ocean views to the East and North. Enjoy extra light, privacy, and a refreshing cross breeze from its ideal 2nd-floor location. Just steps from the beach, guests return year after year for the breathtaking sunrises, moonrises, and soothing sound of the surf. Discover the magic of Kaua'i by day, then relax in the comfort and aloha spirit of Unit 245 each night.
For your convenience, #245 includes: high efficiency Fujitsu A/C plus ceiling fan with remote; free WiFi; 40 inch flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix; microwave; coffee maker; mini fridge with separate freezer door (and there are two ice machines on property); all necessary kitchen utensils; all necessary linens (organic cotton bed linens and towels), bath, kitchen, and beach towels; iron and ironing board. You can BBQ poolside or enjoy stunning views of Waipouli Beach from the comfort of your lanai.
Please note there are no elevators on property. Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.
Maximum occupancy: 3 guests (extra charge for the 3rd person)

* General Excise (GE) and Transient Accommodations (TA) taxes collected and submitted to the State of Hawaii.

Other Important Notes:
* Non-smoking in the condo, including lanai and hallways. A $500 fine + damage costs if violated. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
* A $25 fee applies if more than 2 garbage bags are left behind. Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in extra charges.
* A $200 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost key.
* Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional night's charge.
