Tucked away on a quiet culdesac in a private gated community is the Mountain Meadow Retreat, a newly-constructed, mountain-modern, private guest house in The Meadow of Forest Highlands Golf Club.
You'll enjoy a private patio with outdoor fireplace, comfortable patio furniture, outdoor dining set, a hammock to swing in, and a brand new bbq grill.
Indoors is a fully equipped kitchen with all major large and small appliances you could need. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, high end bedding, and an en suite bath with separate soaking tub. The bunk room is a real highlight! The custom-built double-bunk features two queen beds on the bottom, and two twin beds on top, separated by a short stairwell with non-slip grips. Each bunk bed has its own cubby niche, perfect for a water bottle and charging station, as well as luxe Beddy's brand bedding for a fun and easy night's rest. The bunk room also has a large floating desk and shelves. The Mountain Meadow Retreat also offers a stacked full-sized washer/dryer, A/C, heat, and an indoor fireplace in the living room.

All leases must be for a minimum of 30 consecutive days, unless to an existing Forest Highlands Member. Use of any of the common area facilities (Golf Courses, Golf Practice Areas, Golf Cart Paths, Putting Course, Pools Tennis Courts, Clubhouses, Restaurants, Fitness Centers, Sports Park, Ponds/Lakes, disc golf course, playgrounds, etc ) is strictly prohibited by anyone leasing a home unless accompanied by an FH member. Renting or leasing a home in Forest Highlands gives you access for ingress and egress to the home only, and use of the roads and walking trail for walking/biking."
