Stunning 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms home with a private salt filtration pool. Turf Lawn in the backyard.
East of Federal Hwy (US1), in a safe neighborhood. Only 1.3 miles to the beach, and walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Workstation for work-from-home stays.
This house comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a Stove, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, coffee maker, blender, kettle, dishwasher, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Gas Grill, In-unit washer, and dryer.
5 beds, a baby crib, and a child high chair are also available upon request. Extra space for kids to watch their own favorite shows.
Beautiful leather furnishings 2 leather sofa, and 4 TVs.
High-speed wireless internet (200 MBPS). Spacious family room. Foosball table.
The house contains everything you will need for your vacation, as well as beach chairs, a beach umbrella\, towels, and sand & pool toys.
