Cute home in great location

Clean and comfortable vacation home in great location! Easy walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. Comfortable furniture and nice front furnished patio! We highly recommend.

Fantastic!

We were very impressed and pleased with this house. It was very clean, well stocked with dishwasher tabs, toilet paper and trash bags. I’ve never experienced that before.. you are normally provided with first day supplies, only. We loved the location, close to Mr Souvlaki and the docks and enjoyed sitting on the front porch, watching the traffic. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved this little house. It was so cute and very clean.. The only negative was that the beds were not very comfortable.

Dissatisfied with this host.

I attempted to stay at this property but my interactions with the host prohibited me from staying here. Originally made arrangements to stay on one date but erroneously had my dates changed to dates is did not desire. Contacted host when this problem was found to get a refund and book other dates but the host was difficult to communicate with and refused to accomadate me. finally was able to get a partial refund with help of VRBO. Host continued to lie to me saying only VRBO can do refunds and that was not consistent with information found on the website or from calls to VRBO. I wouldnt use this host again because i feel like they are more willing to scam you for money rather than help you have a good stay.

An adorable, comfortable alternative to a hotel stay

Jessica went way and above what she might have done to this little place and it was a wonderful stay. The outside isn't much but the inside is perfect! Nice furniture, excellent design, all the amenities. One bed is not all that firm, but the other is perfect. I really appreciated that there was a recliner (it's a double recliner couch.) The handicap rails in the second bath were also a blessing. Many reviewers have mentioned the bar across the street and you do know it's there. It's a karoke, evidently? But we're in our 60s and it wasn't an issue for us. Yes, it's loud. If you have small children it might be an issue if they're trying to watch tv in the evening. But it's a clean place and there was no traffic or issue with guests. And they shut if off at 10 during the week, 11 on the weekends. It was not a problem for us. And it's location and the beautiful decor inside more than made up for any noise for us. We come to this area for family visits and this will definitely be where we stay on future visits. Jessica was a delight, answering our questions and putting up with us. So thrilled to find this spot!

The house was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and very well stocked.if you enjoy live music then right across the street is a restaurant that has live music every Friday and Saturday night. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the music. Location was great, walking distance to the sponge docks, great food, and shopping. Host was quick to respond to our questions.

Funeral visit

The stay was OK. The house was very nice. My only issue with the house is I came back home with bite marks that weren’t from mosquitoes. Not sure if it were bedbugs or fleas but yeah. The other people that came with me didn’t have issues but being that I have very sensitive skin I had a little bite marks everywhere. No worries though since then they’re starting to go away no more itching. We appreciate you allowing us to stay in your home.

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I. Location was perfect for walking to the sponge docks and our favorite restaurant, Mr. Souvlaki.We will definately be using this house again.

Super cute house. I like that it had a two bedroom two bath. Lots of restaurants in walking distance also breweries and the whole Greek atmosphere of the Sponge Docks was great.

Very clean and convenient

The location is close to excursions. The area is considered a golf cart area so all roads are 35 mph or less. Expect some road noise but helped me sleep ( white noise) had a great time!

Close to Everything

Very clean. Close to shops and restaurants. There is a bar next door that had loud outdoor music on Friday night, but otherwise, everything was great

Nice place in Tarpon Springs

My wife and I spent a few days in Tarpon Springs, visited the downtown area, the beach and family. We had a wonderful time! The home is very nice. My only reason for giving a little lower rating is because the house sits on a busy street. At times the road can be noisy, however it is relatively quiet after 10:00 pm. We would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

For day get-away

Nicely located near the Pinellas bike trail (which we used several times) and the sponge docks were an easy walk away. Many eating establishments nearby.
