"Relax N' Unwine" Private Beach Access & Pool

"Relax N' Unwine" is a unique, 2-story beach home located in the highly sought after Bid-a-Wee Beach neighborhood of Panama City Beach and sits across from 2 privately gated beach boardwalks leading straight to the white sandy beach. Featuring 5 bedrooms, a private heated swimming pool and furnished decks, this is the perfect home away from home for families and small groups looking to relax and have fun on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches.

The outdoor area of the ground floor features a sizable, gated front yard with private heated swimming pool, outdoor games, and lounge seating (plus a quaint backyard addition). The beach is so incredibly close to the space - you can smell the salt air and see the waves crashing onshore. Just inside is a bunk room with 2 twin over queen bunks and full bathroom close by. Three king suites also reside on the first floor each with their own private en-suite and direct access to the pool deck through a sliding glass door. There's a laundry room just inside from the pool area, perfect for dropping those wet towels and bathing suits!

Up the stairs is a uniquely furnished room with a queen sleeper sofa. It also has an in-room walk-in shower plus, a walkout balcony overlooking the beach. The balcony also features a foosball table for your entertainment. Just down the hallway is a half bath as well.

The main living area on the top floor is a lovely open concept space with custom vaulted ceilings and skylights. Wall-to-wall windows and sliding glass doors line each angle which allows natural lighting from every view. Your fully equipped kitchen has a bar-style island with seating for 4 and the formal dining table seats up to 8 guests. We've got outdoor dining as well on the furnished balcony, enough for 8 to comfortably dine outside with pristine beach views. In addition to the comfortable living room furniture and 75" mounted TV, there is also a recreational wet bar space complete with wine cooler and refrigerator.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:

Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.

This home is equipped with a 240 V Outlet - NEMA 14-50 - plug only! Guests must bring their own Mobile Connector and Cables.

The Beach! Although "Relax N' Unwine" was custom built to offer everything a beach house should, we know you are going to want to experience The World's Most Beautiful Beaches at some point during your stay. Lucky for you, your private access is just across the street!

For added convenience, this home comes with a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs and a beach cart to make the trips to and from the Beach even easier

Relax N` Unwine requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

2024:
Summer: June 8 - July 27 (Saturday - Saturday)
Fall Break: September 28 - October 12 (Saturday - Saturday)

2025:
Family Break: March 8 - April 12 (Saturday - Saturday)
Summer: May 24 - August 2 (Saturday - Saturday)
Fall Break: September 27 - October 11 (Saturday - Saturday)

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: Primary Guest must be 25 years of age or older. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest. All of Management's vacation rental properties are family accommodations. The Guest must occupy the Property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. This to include arrival through departure dates, overnight, and anytime persons under the age of 25 are present in or at the property. The Property is subject to inspection by Management at any time.

Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

We had the most amazing time. The pool was a little smaller than I expected but the kids loved it! Perfect for them! This house was perfect and plenty of room to have family come visit from a different condo!!!

I'm not really a PCB fan but I would stay here again.
Great house and the pictures and descriptions are very accurate. The pool is actually a little larger than it looked to me and was great to have. The beach access is very easy and close. The house is right between two gates with private access codes and we were never crowded in the middle of July. It is100% the best beach in PCB if you are not into crowds. Being right on Front Beach Rd does have some drawbacks. During the prime times the road does get busy. The only time it really bothered me was some Friday evening and especially Saturday evening. Do not plan on driving anywhere at these times during peak travel. However, outside of those time windows, being steps from a great beach in a nice comfortable house with a pool was worth it.

Great home!
This home is essentially brand new and in a great location. Bid-a-wee is a community with a private beach. The home has lovely views of the beach and ocean. We spent the 4th here and enjoyed views of fireworks on both piers! Our own private show on the balcony! Three rooms with king beds for the needs of all adults well and the small kids used the game room futon to sleep on. Was perfect. Everyone had their own bathroom which was great. Living area and kitchen were fantastic gathering areas. Tons of space. We rented the beach chairs from Holiday as an extra service and it was great! Set up for us daily! Kids loved the pool and it was a great spot to hang after a beach day. Gets sun early and shade mid-day. In walking distance to great restaurant Runaway — and activities like putt-putt or arcade. Loved it!
