“The Boys of Summer rental” at Beach residence C 1 Is an elevated 1st floor condo with pool view from the balcony. This condo is fully renovated in 2022 with all new furniture , fixtures , appliances and mattresses. The living room has comfortable reclining sofa that opens directly to the balcony for the amazing breeze to the beach . We offer free Wi-Fi and smart 55” TV with US/ Canadian channels and hundreds of free new release movies . The dining room has 6 chairs for you and guests directly to the fully equipped kitchen . The kitchen has top of the line appliances with filtered water in Refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. There is also a full size washer and dryer . We also have a dedicated desk area to check in for your work . The 2 bedrooms feature therapeutic mattresses and Canopy bed. The 2 bathrooms has coral stone walk in shower and frameless glass .
