Tamarindo Beach is a beautiful beach with amazing waves, sunsets and so much more. Tamarindo is a great town full of things to do, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. People from all over the world call Tamarindo "home" making it a melting pot of experiences, food, and activities. Tamarindo has something for everyone...from family-friendly restaurants and activities, surf lessons, kayaking, boogie boarding, etc. to great restaurants, bars, and nightlife. There are amazing boutiques, souvenir shopping and great grocery stores, and farmers and night markets. Tamarindo is a great place to take a surf lesson or to hop on a boat for a day of fishing or a sunset Catamaran tour. We even have a skate park and basketball court for those who want something to do in addition to the beach. The Tamarindo Bay offers surf breaks for multiple levels of surfers and calm waters for those who just want to swim and float. The Tamarindo beach is a beautiful beach for walking, playing volleyball, or just sitting and watching the sunset. Just outside of Tamarindo, there are amazing bike trails for mountain bikers, and it's an easy drive to many other amazing beaches. Tamarindo has lodging for everyone's budget - from budget-friendly small units in town to multi-million dollar houses up on the hill with amazing views.

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom and sofa bed for one guest. The second bedroom has two twin beds, which can be converted into a king bed. The open living room has a sofa bed for one person. Large outdoor terrace with gas grill, great for outdoor dining. Large community pool to cool off in along with a community gym for you to enjoy as well. Fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, grocery stores, the beach is right down the street as well.

Please note the property is located in the heart of town, surrounded by many bars and restaurants so expect some activity and level of sound at night.

The shared pool and fitness room provide a break from the beach, while central air conditioning in the condo keeps the whole group cool.

A full kitchen, including a dishwasher, sets the scene for dining in. The condo offers a private washer and dryer, as well as three TVs and free WiFi.

I highly recommend this unit. As a single mom traveling with two kids, we stayed here for a month and had a wonderful experience.The location is excellent. The beach is less than a five minute walk away, and there are several supermarkets, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. You really do not need a car to get around, although I chose to rent one since we were staying for an extended period. The assigned underground parking space was very convenient and we had no issues with parking during our stay.The weekly maid service was a thoughtful addition, especially with two kids spending almost every day at the beach. The unit was comfortable, the internet service was reliable, in unit washer/dryer was great too and having 24 hour security gave us extra peace of mind throughout our stay.One thing to keep in mind is that there are several restaurants and bars nearby, so there is music late into the night. It did not bother us, but it is something to be aware of if you are a very light sleeper.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and I would happily book this unit again.

Thank you for your great review of Pacific Park 305. This fantastic 2 BDR condo is located in the heart of Tamairndo, within a few steps from the beach, shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Although you do not need a car to get to this great location downtown, if you decide to rent one, you will have access to free underground parking. The unit is on the third floor with an elevator in the building. Comfortable and fully equipped, it is a perfect place for a family or small group of friends to stay. Thank you for staying here. Evenings got very loud from 9pm-2am form downstair bar.

This property is perfect if you are looking for a location in the heart of town and is close to the bars and restaurants. If you are searching for a place to relax or visit with young children, it is probably not the best option as the night activity is around the building. Everything was great! Easy to find; Easy to get in; Great check in instructions; LargeBeautiful and very comfortable. Here was the issue- The ice machine in the refrigerator wasn’t working. I called the property manager and asked them to send someone. It was three days of excuses and apologies and we never were able to get anyone there to troubleshoot the issue. Imagine in July in Central America and you’re staying in a luxury condo and the ice machine doesn’t work!! The least they could’ve done was deliver an ice bag daily in light of the issue. This is an amazing apartment and building and I will stay there again. I just won’t have high expectations of the property management company.

Pacific Park is a condo building located right in the center of Tamarindo, a few steps from the shops, town amenities, bars, and restaurants, and from the beach. Unit 305 is a very nice and comfortable 2 BDR condo, fully equipped for 5 guests. It has a full kitchen, a/c in every room, hot water, cable TV, internet, and laundry amenities. The unit is on the 3rd floor. It has no view of the ocean. There is an elevator in the building. Sorry about the experience with the non-working ice maker. Appliances stop working sometimes, and we do our best to repair them, but there can be some challenges sometimes to find the part. We have been communicating about the technician's visit and have tried to help him come at the guest's convenience, as we had very strict instructions about sending our staff over only when someone was at the condo. We have tried to work in the guest's direction and respect his time. Pacific Park is a fantastic location if you are looking to be in town and not necessarily willing to rent a vehicle. You will have everything close by!

Wonderful condo!

Overall this condo is fantastic, roomy, well furnished and supplied, comfortable bed, great showers, huge balcony. Location is middle of town, but that is a bit of a two edged sword. You are close to everything, great dining, the beach, shops, markets, groceries, etc. The one downside is noise. There can be some very loud, late-night music. It can go to 1:30 a.m. and even later. Sundays seemed to be the worst. However, most nights the noise is fine, but others, not so much. There is a nice pool, though it was somewhat deficient on lounge chairs. There is underground parking, 24 hr. security, weekly maid service, and constant cleaning of the out door areas. If you are sensitive to noise, you should probably look more out of the city center and into areas like Langosta. But if you are okay with some loud evenings a couple of nights a week, this place is fantastic.

Thank you for the 5-star review Peter. Pacific Park is great condo building, located in the heart of town, within walking distance to everything. The property is on the 3rd floor, fully equipped. There is an elevator in the building, 24 security on site, and an underground parking. If you are looking to stay in a quiet area and to be away from the activity and of town and from the night life, Pacific Park is probably not the best option for you to stay but if you want to be centrical and have access to restaurants and bras easily, this is your place!!

A Month of Easy Living

I've been torn about giving 4 or 5 stars but ultimately gave it 5 . we loved our stay, the condo is great, the location perfect, and we would absolutely stay here again. the unit is beautifully laid out, with nice furnishings, we lived on the deck which overlooked trees - where howler monkeys, birds, and iguanas would hang out. the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and they even had the middle foam thingy to convert the twin beds to a king-size bed (when i asked if they had this, i was told no, but it was in the closet and they should include that in the VRBO info). we got a lovely welcome gift and a few days later another delicious delivery - the mango spread was beyond yummy. we had maid service weekly (we stayed a month) and they were wonderful (never knew when they would show up, but they always came with a smile and worked hard). the condo building was very clean and there was a person at the front controlling who came into the building and kept an eye on the parking garage - to open and close as needed. Such a warm, comfortable place that we truly enjoyed and management was easy to work with. the minor issues - the kitchen is extremely sparse, two pots, two pans, no cooking basics such as spices, oils, etc. the beach stuff is also sparse and what's there is broken. basically two beach chairs each with a broken arm. working chairs and a couple of boogie boards would be nice. the deck furniture is not comfortable, however, we put cushions under and behind us when on the deck and that worked fine. it would also have been really nice to have a dining table outside on the deck - nothing big or fancy, just a place to eat dinner outside. the major issue that would cause me to give it 4 stars: the techno music from nearby clubs is blasting until 2A-3A each night/morning (4-5 times a week). i realize the condo has no control over that, however, some units put in soundproof glass for doors and windows and this is really needed here. how bad was it? well, we adjusted, we were there for a month and we would go back because everything else was really great. our son and his girlfriend simply put their earbuds in each evening and went to sleep listening to their own music. i'm a solid sleeper so after the first few nights, i got used to it and slept fine. my husband was my biggest concern as he's a light sleeper but he also found a way to make it work. we loved our stay, we loved tamarindo. we'll be back.
