We recently upgraded from solar heating to true heat-pump heating for comfortable swimming during cooler months. During summer, additional heating is not needed.

CASA MÚSICA DEL CARIBE is a luxurious 2-master-suite, 2.5-bathroom home, with a poolside room that can serve as a third sleeping space.

For groups larger than four, we provide a premium queen-size air bed and twin-size air bed. These are comfortable, full-height mattresses — not typical camping air mattresses. They fit nicely in the poolside room or can be used in a master suite or living room. Guests love the poolside room because it is just steps from the pool and they can fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

An outdoor shower is also located just steps away.
Maximum occupancy: 7 guests.

There is a $15 per person, per night charge for guests over four.

Your spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen gives you the freedom to enjoy meals at home whenever you choose.

Local restaurant delivery is also available for a nominal fee.

CASA MÚSICA DEL CARIBE is located on Avenida Juárez - one street away from the ferry area.

The house faces the Caribbean Sea — not the Bay of Cancún.
Our cliffside location is approximately 60 feet from the water, providing spectacular unobstructed views and the wonderful sound of the waves.

Isla Mujeres — “Island of Women” — is a quick ferry ride approximately eight miles across the bay from Cancún.

This beautiful island is approximately five miles long and half a mile wide and offers:

OCCUPANCY & TAXES
The standard nightly rate includes up to four guests.
There is a $15 per additional guest, per night charge for groups larger than four, up to the maximum occupancy of 7 guests.

Please note: The nightly rate does not include the required 19% IVA/Hotel Tax applicable to properties on Isla Mujeres.
