Thanks for a wonderful time! Everything was so clean and cheerful! The view of the pool as well as the beautiful flowers and landscaping was perfect and shady when it was 104 on the beach!

This is our second time staying here. It is a great spot, I'd highly recommend staying here. Easy walk to everything and communication was good.

This was our fourth stay at Coquina Cove. It is comfortable, clean and quiet. With only 6 units, you often have the pool to yourself. We always use the beach cart to pack up the chairs for the short walk to the beach. We will decide be back!

Isn't this a cute place, Jackie? Coquina Cove #3 is just adorable. You can roll out of bed and be right outside by the pool to drink your coffee. It is a close walk to the beach with a wagon to pull all your beach stuff. I am glad you enjoyed your time. Please come back again soon. We would love to host your next visit.

Excellent accommodations!

Quiet, clean, spacious room with a well stocked kitchen. Clean pool, just a short block walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time, definitely recommend this. Great value!

Perfect place for a week away

We stayed for a week. We loved the heated pool and short, easy walk out to the beach. We had a rental car so we drove to local restaurants or to get a few Groceries from nearby stores. The room was small and efficient for the two of us. We had a great time And would gladly stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Coquina Cove. All units have recently been totally updated. The pool is amazing! The walk to the beach is so convenient…along with being able to walk to several bars and restaurants. Would sure recommend this location.

Perfect Place for Two

Our 3rd stay here at Coquino Cove!! Walk two blocks to the awesome beach. Within walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream shop and restaurants!! Unit is delightful. Heated pool is wonderful. LOVE having access to the washer and dryer!

Location and pool!

This condo was just what my husband and I were looking for! It was just enough space for two. We were able to easily walk to the beach, and several restaurants were within a 10 minute walk. We also loved the pool! This is a great couples stay in IRB

Great week.

My wife and I stayed for a week. Everything was great. Very clean. Heated salt water pool was well maintained. The unit is close to the beach, I would highly recommend.

Great Location-Great Pool

Overall, we had a great stay. Excellent proximity to the beach and restaurants. Easy check-in and easy to find. Only complaints, the unit has a slight smell of mold and we had multiple palmetto bugs visit us throughout our stay. Smaller unit, but it was expected. Perfect for my wife and I. Nice patio to relax on and great pool just steps out the door.

Hi Justin, thank you for staying with us at Tropical Coquina Cove Studio #3. I am glad you had a great stay. Yes, I agree with you, those palmetto bugs are awful. During the summer it is a war we always fight. They love to scoot in the door when it is open and look for someplace to get away from the rain. We spray the units regularly, and when they are still a problem we are more than happy to come out and respray to keep them out. We do our very best to make sure our guests are in a clean and safe place. In spite of the palmetto bugs, I am glad you and your wife had a great stay. Having a pool right outside the door is perfect for an early morning swim. I hope you come back and allow us to host you again.

Perfect low key spot!

Amazing location right across the street from the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk. I also enjoyed the private pool right outside of our door! They do have a few beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc to use in the closet so don’t go out buying any! :)) recommend and would stay here again.
