This corner unit offers water views on two sides and is designed for comfort and convenience. Amenities include a swimming pool, high-speed internet, cable with four Roku flat-screen TVs, full-size washer and dryer, and covered parking directly next to the elevator with two assigned spaces. The newly updated kitchen, linens, and furniture make this condo feel like home, fully stocked with everything you need for your stay (just bring the food!).

Step outside and explore charming Indian Rocks Beach—a slice of old Florida. Soft sand, stunning sunsets, and a laid-back vibe make it perfect for walking or relaxing. The condo is just steps from ice cream, local bars and restaurants like Hurricane Eddie’s and TJ’s Italian, seafood spots, a cozy surf café, and shops for beachy décor, souvenirs, and surfwear.

Our stay was wonderful, we love that it’s so close to the restaurants we love and we can walk and pick up our food and just enjoy being at the beach . Our hostess was fabulous and easy to correspond with. Room was excellent and the view could not have been better. We hope to stay there again next year.

Could not be more complimentary of our experience. The unit is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Owner provides so many thoughtful amenities...beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, fully stocked kitchen, books, games and much more...even a first aid kit! Location is convenient and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery and other retailers. Best of all the view from the balcony and proximity to the beach was outstanding. Can't wait to book this unit again

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for the whole family. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and just a short walk to several of our favorite restaurants. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and being on the first floor made it so convenient to come and go. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again!

Our home away from home.

This was our second stay in Julie's IRB condo and I swear I'd move in permanently if it was an option. It felt as comfortable as home, but with a better view. I'm not sure how she managed to give us 6 cloudless days, but thank you. While the condo exceeds expectations in every way, it is the communication with Julie that provides true peace of mind. She was there before and during our stay to make sure our questions were answered -- she went above and beyond. Go no further -- book this place!

Beach paradise

Very spacious condo with all the comforts of home. Loved that both teens had their own room! Well stocked kitchen included some seasonings, condiments, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, soaps, new sponge. Beds have nice linens and comfy mattresses, plenty of towels/toiletries in both bathrooms. Storage room has several beach chairs, a boogie board, skim boards and more. We walked miles up and down the beach and found a bunch of shells. This area of the beach never gets super crowded either. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, ice cream, parks, shops, rental equipment, and more. Julie was a great hostess with excellent communication. There were no issues during our stay and I would definitely recommend.

Our Best Stay Yet!

This may be my favorite VRBO stay. Not only was the condo beautiful and well maintained, it seemed to be stocked with everything we could possibly need!! I'll have to admit my favorite spot was the balcony and its gorgeous ocean views. But my grandsons' (ages 4 and 6) fave spot was the beach--thanks, Julie, for the beach items we found in the storage room. Perfect! Though we had a couple chilly, windy days, we found lots to entertain ourselves. From putt-putt golf to the aquarium, the boys had a blast. Plus there were so many walkable restuarants and bars that we never went hungry or thirsty :-)Julie was absolutely the best host, so easy to communicate with. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely condo with our group of winter-weary Iowans!

The Gulf Beach right Outside

So convenient to walk the beach in the morning or anytime. We enjoy Pickleball so it was easy to walk two blocks to the open Pickleball courts. We even saw a wonderful full moon set over the Gulf of Mexico. At 7:30 in the morning.

Beautiful place to stay on the beach in IRB

My family of four, consisting of my spouse and two children, arrived in our beloved beach town of IRB to commemorate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had been visiting IRB for nearly two decades, primarily with my in-laws, but this time, we sought a place to stay that offered our own three-bedroom condo. The location of the condo was simply perfect. It sat right on the beach, providing us with a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean. Additionally, it was conveniently situated near our favorite stores and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for our stay. The condo itself was immaculate and boasted a stylish and modern decor. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our entire trip, ensuring that we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. We will definitely consider staying at this condo again in the future, provided that we can find a time when it is not booked. We want to express our sincere gratitude for all the effort and attention you put into making our stay so memorable.
