Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from our spacious three-bedroom, two-bath beachfront condo. Watch dolphins glide past your balcony and observe protected sea bird and turtle nesting grounds from your private beach access.

This corner unit offers water views on two sides and is designed for comfort and convenience. Amenities include a swimming pool, high-speed internet, cable with four Roku flat-screen TVs, full-size washer and dryer, and covered parking directly next to the elevator with two assigned spaces. The newly updated kitchen, linens, and furniture make this condo feel like home, fully stocked with everything you need for your stay (just bring the food!).

Step outside and explore charming Indian Rocks Beach—a slice of old Florida. Soft sand, stunning sunsets, and a laid-back vibe make it perfect for walking or relaxing. The condo is just steps from ice cream, local bars and restaurants like Hurricane Eddie’s and TJ’s Italian, seafood spots, a cozy surf café, and shops for beachy décor, souvenirs, and surfwear.

Nearby, enjoy shopping, golfing, tennis, shelling, fishing, and the beach trolley. Orlando theme parks are just 1.5 hours away, while Busch Gardens, professional baseball, hockey, and football are even closer. For extra relaxation, a first-class massage therapist is available nearby.

Please note this condo is equipped with a Ring Video Doorbell with an interior chime to alert you of any visitors. This building does not accommodate electric vehicle charging.

We provide beach chairs and umbrellas for guest use. Because these items can occasionally be affected by weather or prior guest use, availability may vary. If anything is missing or not in good condition during your stay, please let us know—we’re happy to help or offer guidance to make sure you have everything you need.

Exceptional- I cannot say enough positive things about our stay! The rental was just as pictured and immaculately clean. It is well stocked with everything you should need. The host went above and beyond with communication during our stay, and this really meant a lot to us. It is located next to some awesome coffee shops, seafood, and other places just within walking distance. I would stay here again for sure!

Great location. Condo has beautiful ocean view and had all amenities we needed for our stay. Easy access from pool to ocean and the beach was in beautiful shape. One recommendation - It would have been nice to have umbrellas for the tables at the pool. Loved IRB.

This is the best place we’ve ever stayed! Juliette has everything you’ll need—lots of beach chairs, towels, extra supplies in pantry and personal hygiene items in the bathroom. It was super clean and comfortable! We walked to many places. Such a showy walk to the beach. We only saw 2 people in the pool one time. Parking was a breeze! We are so grateful to get to stay here! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront condo. The condo was quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable. The unit was well stocked with everything that you need. She provided many "extras" that were appreciated such as T.P., dishwasher detergent, hand soap dispensers (much better than the little bar soaps), laundry detergent, spices, paper towel, etc.. She had plenty of bath towels so you didn't have to ration them:) Beach towels were also provided along with beach chairs. Did I forget to mention the views...outstanding! Thank you Juliette, you are an amazing host!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for the whole family. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and just a short walk to several of our favorite restaurants. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and being on the first floor made it so convenient to come and go. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again!

Beautiful beach view. Room is spacious and very clean. We had everything we needed. So many little touches provided that made our stay excellent.Mattresses are comfortable. Sofa in the unit is large and holds 5-6 people easily. Balcony is spacious and a gorgeous view. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony. The pool was never crowded (many times just a few people). Location is within walking distance of many restaurants, ice cream shop, and coffee shop. Parking is good. Hoses in garage area to wash off beach equipment prior to leaving. Gated (key required) access from garage to pool and then pool to beach. The communication with this owner was outstanding. Julie is an excellent host and we hope to be able to return to this unit again in the future. The exterior of the building is currently undergoing some mandated updates/construction. Julie was upfront and honest about any possibilities of how our stay could affected as soon as she was aware of them. Would give this unit and host more than 5 stars if I could. We loved it here.
