Ashley and her family were wonderful guests! They stayed for three days, were friendly, respectful, and took great care of our home. They left everything clean and in excellent condition. We're so glad they had a great time, and it was a pleasure hosting them. We'd be happy to welcome Ashley and her family back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!

Andrew was an amazing host, he even invited us to his house party on Sunday. Would definitely recommend this property to book it was a wonderful get away weekend house.

It was a great stay, a good location not far away from beaches and sponge docks. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us We will return if we get to revisit the area!

Accommodations were clean. Beds very comfortable, shower great. Photos are a true reflection of property. There was an issue with the air conditioning but Andy got it fixed immediately. Communication was excellent. Good stay

Fabulous Getaway

The property was very well kept. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice. Our dog loved the place. We would book again if we are ever in the area again.

a fantastic place

we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay this first month, we are staying a second month. I cant say enough good things about our hosts, such a warm, welcoming couple. The pool is fantastic, the beds and the shower! We definitely be back. Love it!

Cute little place!

This place is nice. It's the bottom floor of the renters home so there is some noise from movement upstairs. The pool area was neat, the pool was clean with lots of floaties to use. Great space for 2 adults and 2 kids!

Little oasis

I loved the house, the comfortability of the rooms and space. The owners were very gracious and very friendly and very helpful. They literally become your friends if you’d like that their backyard is beautiful. Their pool is gorgeous and brand new. There was a grill with gas all the supplies we needed my stay was amazing. I will definitely stay with them again.

Beautiful getaway!

Well to start everything was so perfect. Very close to all kinds of shopping and food. The property itself was amazing. Clean and spacious with ample closets and dressers. Beautiful chill area out back by pool. The pool area has sun and shade areas, lights at night and in the pool. Loved the bathroom access right from pool area made clean up and changing a breeze. Thanks for everything can't wait to come back.

GREAT FAMILY STAY

If you are looking for that perfect, peaceful getaway for the whole fam, this is the place for you! The hosts are absolutely amazing folks! Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Andrew and Nicole made us feel welcome and made sure we was happy with our stay! They had everything we needed to make us feel at home! It was so good we didn't want to leave. We made friends with Andrew and would definitely without a doubt return to this vacation spot! I definitely recommend you ask Andrew about a trip out on his boat during your stay! I promise you wont regret it!! Thank you Andrew and Nicole for opening up your home to us and showing us the BEST first family vacation we could have ever ask for!! My wife, Melanie, and I stayed here from June 26–29 while celebrating our anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.From the moment we arrived, Andrew and his wife made us feel incredibly welcome. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, and their kindness and thoughtfulness turned a great vacation into a truly memorable one. We weren't treated like guests—we were treated like family and friends.The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and it was obvious that a great deal of care has gone into making it a place where guests feel at home.What really sets this property apart, though, is the hosts. Andrew and his wife are genuine, caring, fun, and some of the most hospitable people we've ever met. Their warmth made all the difference, and we left feeling like we had made new friends.If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate. We highly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in the Holiday, Florida area.Thank you, Andrew, for helping make our anniversary one we'll never forget!
