This one-bedroom, one full bath condo, with hall bunk beds has everything that you would ever need. Beautiful wood floors and welcoming décor will make your beach vacation complete. This unit is very accommodating, including a washer/dryer combo and fully stocked kitchen. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, and hall bunk beds for a pleasant stay for up to 5 guests. Queen size sleeper sofa that will accommodate your sleepy guests. Smart flat screen televisions are located in the bedroom and living room, which include cable. Wi-Fi is also available in the condo to stay connected to all of your smart devices.

Step out onto the private balcony for a relaxing view overlooking the pool and hot tub, surrounding scenic area, and the beautiful emerald coast containing the whitest sand and crystal-clear waters of the Gulf. Located on the balcony is a patio box that contains beach chairs and an umbrella for use during your stay!

This condo is in the middle of exciting shopping and dining. Beach access is located at Tarpon or Pompano Beach Trail, offering beach activities like banana boat or kayaking, and even parasailing.

1. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
2. Parking information: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. No buses, trailers, or boats allowed in those spaces.
3. Guest entry instructions: This unit utilizes an E-Lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter that is changed with each guest and will be unique to the renter's last four cellphone numbers.

Our family vacation here was more than amazing. It was perfect! Carl is excellent at answering any questions you have and responds very fast as well. We arrived here and the room was extremely clean and very welcoming. It made us feel at home. I highly recommend getting this beautiful condo with such an amazing view and incredible host. I will definitely be booking again.

Just what we needed. A very short walk to the beach and shopping is very close. Perfect weather for us all week. I didn’t try the pool but it looked nice. Great view from the deck. Likely to come back at some point.

This space was perfect for our family of 3! It was clean and very-well decorated with a beach theme. The view of the beach from the balcony was very nice. Our toddler enjoyed the pool when the beach waves became too much, and having access to the hot tub was a major plus after getting out of the surprisingly cold beach water. Our stay was so pleasant, we really did enjoy ourselves. Carl was even available by phone at check in. We had a minor issue with the access code. He answered the phone right away, and resolved the problem immediately. Thank you, Carl, for being such a great host!

We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful trip overall! This condo is a great option for couples and families. The beach is very convenient, just across the street with both stairs and ramps.There was quite a bit of noise during our stay, particularly from the children around us and in the pool area. There was running and screaming from early morning until late at night. Obviously, this is not the host’s fault, and we understand some noise comes with staying in a condo, but it was occasionally frustrating.My main concern came on our second to last day. While we were out to lunch, the host texted to let us know there would be a showing later that afternoon and that we did not need to be present. This caught me off guard because we had personal belongings inside and were uncomfortable with people walking through the condo while we were away. I work in hospitality myself, and I would never show an occupied guest space, as I feel it is an invasion of the guest’s privacy.Thankfully, the host respected our concerns and rescheduled the showing until after we checked out, which we appreciated. However, the situation did make us uncomfortable during the remainder of our stay.Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and its location. If the showing situation had not happened, we would have easily given 5 stars!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful experience in Destin! We were just a very short walk, like across the street, from the beautiful beach. The location was only a few miles from great places to shop and eat. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed! We are already looking at dates to return!

Beachside stay

Enjoyed our two days at Destin. The unit was easy to check in and was very clean with all promised amenities. The location was great with only a short stroll to the beach and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

Our condo is in the best location, close to the beach of course, but also the shopping and dining that Destin has to offer. Destin is the World's Luckiest Fishing Village, so if you enjoy landing the big ones, this maybe your chance!

Two public beach access points located in front of Grand Caribbean East and offer water sports such as kayaking and parasailing, or if lounging is more of your speed, chairs and umbrellas are available to rent.

Our condo has a second story balcony that has views of the beach, or the pool and hot tub located right below.
