Beautiful modern villa with large private pool Secret Valley golf resort Paphos.
This tastefully furnished modern villa is located within the prestigious Secret Valley Golf complex with two golf courses and a clubhouse and just 15 minutes from Paphos Airport. Aphrodite Hills and the local villages of Kouklia and Mandria are a few minutes away by car as is the famous Aphrodite’s Rock.
The villa features its own private kidney-shaped pool (5m x 10m and 1.2m -18m deep), large terraces and mature landscaped gardens.
The villa is on two levels, downstairs featuring a cloakroom, large open-plan living/dining area and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
Upstairs, all three bedrooms are able to be configured as twin or double rooms. All have their own balcony, air-conditioning and additional fans. The master bedroom has its own en-suite and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Wi-Fi and a smart TV with all English channels including major sports.
Pool/beach towels, hairdryers and security safes for valuables are provided.
A gas barbecue is also available and table-top table tennis with net, balls and bats!
Baby equipment can be arranged free of charge on request with reasonable notice please!
Please note that a car is essential to visit the local restaurants, beaches and shops as well as to explore further afield.
Flexible early check in/late check out is usually available to accommodate flight times with prior notice. Please enquire if this is the case.

We bought this beautiful villa in 2022 after falling in love with the clean lines and stylish, modern decor and high-spec finishes and furniture. We also love that the villa is so well placed between Limassol and Paphos, both within easy reach by car, as are many of the local beaches with something for everyone. It’s a great location for golfers, cheaper and quieter than nearby Aphrodite Hills!

Our villa had 5* ratings when listed with by the previous owners for its amenities and location and for being so well equipped. We are striving to maintain those standards and improve and update as necessary.
