Absolutely beautiful! Peaceful, home from home, very private, & so relaxing for the soul. The gardens are gorgeous with fruit trees all around, & we found the bed very comfy also. The villa is truly equipped with everything you need. We will definitely be returning by ourself & with our family someday. Thankyou for creating such a wonderful place. Gaia & Barry

Beautiful property

Delightful villa in gorgeous surroundings. Gardens and pool are beautifully maintained and the villa is very well laid out and a perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday. The coastal path walk into Pathos is beautiful with stunning views.

Lovely holiday

The garden was absolutely beautiful, a very relaxing place to chill. Great position with lovely views and great bus service to Paphos and Coral Bay. The villa had everything we needed and the pool was very clean and a good size.

Lovely villa set in beautiful gardens. House is spacious, well equipped and clean. Garden has a few seating areas and is equipped with a BBQ, table tennis and boulles. A short but steep walk leads up to the village which has a number of tavernas and a few grocery stores. A 10 minute walk downhill takes you to the bus stop for local transport. We enjoyed the coastal walk into Paphos which took us an hour and 20 minutes. Diana the agent was really helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful villa and would love to return.

Great villa

This was our 3rd stay at Lizard Rock. Quiet area, lovely view, beautiful large garden and good pool. Table tennis table in the garden is an added bonus. Another very enjoyable stay! Thanks Viv.

We’ve just returned from a nice relaxing stay at Lizard rock. The property is laid out well with spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and very effective air conditioning. We all loved the pool and various seating areas in the garden and eating fruits straight from the trees. The pool is quite deep. My 12 year old son could just about stand up in the shallow end. The sunsets are beautiful from the bottom patio. You can walk up the hill into the village within minutes to local restaurants and a small shop but beware, the pavements are few and far between. We used the 615 bus to both Coral Bay and Paphos. They were every 15 minutes and 2 an adult. It’s a 10/15 minute walk downhill to the bus stop. Again, you have to walk on the road for some of this journey so it’s not great for small children and you’d probably need to hire a car. There are some areas of the villa that need updating but you can see this from the photos. We felt the villa overall was functional and comfortable.

Another lovely stay at beautiful Lizard Rock

Lizard Rock stands out as just a beautiful place to stay in Cyprus, with a stunning garden, and terraces to sit and relax and enjoy the view of the sea. Communication from Viv is very good and she and Diana, the agent, are so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful week.

Beautiful villa and surroundings

We had an amazing holiday at Lizard Rock! Beautiful villa and gardens, with large private pool and patio areas. Everything was provided that was needed for our holiday and all in a spotless condition. The host was easy to contact, a pleasure to deal with, and provided all the information we needed ahead of our trip. The sunsets from the patio/pool area every evening were stunning too. This was our first visit to Cyprus and Lizard Rock was a perfect home from home for us. We hope to return one day!!

Lovely family holiday destination

A well maintained villa in a quiet location with a lovely mature garden offering shade throughout the day. The pool was ideal and spotless with the water quality very good. Overall a perfect villa for a family holiday with everything that you would need for your stay. Bus routes and various cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance but we hired a car to explore other areas too.

Amazing

We stayed here for 2 weeks and the villa is beautiful! The garden is huge, with beautiful flowers, greenery and fruits throughout. Very well equipped, good water pressure and facilities. Really lovely neighbourhood. Communication was great throughout. Would highly recommend.

Lizard rock.

Superb villa. Wonderful views and very nice garden, perfect for us. Swimming pool lovely and big, easy access to the village of Chlorakas up the hill some nice places to eat. A car is recommended if you want to travel about. Will be back again and very soon. Thanks to the host and Diane for giving us tips for the area.

Another fabulous stay at this beautiful villa

Lizard Rock is an amazing villa with beautiful grounds and a super pool. Lovely coastal walks in the surrounding area and an easy walk into the small local village. A throughly relaxing place to stay. This was our 3rd stay and we’ll be back next year! The host employs some fabulous people to maintain the property and to ensure her guests have everything they need. Highly recommended. Gill Allison

Great villa, perfect for relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Lizard Rock. The garden, pool & patio area are really beautiful and private and the terrace is great. Diana for the cleaning & linen change and Andy for the pool did a splendid job and were very helpful. There's a number of decent restaurants within 20 mins walk (Caravelle, Sienna & Famagusta were our favourites) and a very good bus service between Paphos & Coral Bay just 10 mins walk down the hill. Will certainly consider coming back.

Lovely spacious villa set in stunning gardens. The owners are really helpful as is Diana who manages the property. The pool is large and very well maintained. Bedrooms are comfortable with air conditioning. The kitchen/lounge could do with an air con unit but you do get a lovely sea breeze in the day which is most welcome. It’s a nice peaceful area and you will need a car. Taxi into Kato Paphos is 15 euros & similar the other way to Coral Bay. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely visit again.

The villa is exceptional a wonderful location and surroundings The gardens are stunning and watching the sun set was our favourite time of the day The village has all you need for a relaxing break With one of the most friendly places to eat and wile away your time But paphos and coral bay are within easy reach by foot or bus

Beautiful garden and pool

Everything in the villa you could ask for From kitchen equipment to cleaning products etc 10 minute walk to bus stop to pathos or coral bay Very helpful agent and Mario the gardener gave great info too The garden had numerous seating areas table tennis and fruit from pomegranates to limes If you want peace it’s great Small village not far with few tavernas although food not great Lots of eateries once you pass the bus stop n keep going right The fat fig did great food Would return nothing to complain about apart from the odd barking dogs at night
