Rest & Reel sits high on pilings to accentuate the beautiful views of Fish River. As you enter the home, you are surrounded by relaxing accommodations with a soothing color palette, designer touches and some original art throughout the home.
Rest & Reel is perfect for family and friends looking for a getaway for a long weekend or a week + long vacation! There's plenty of room for spacious living outside AND inside with a family room area and a beautiful porch with plenty of seating overlooking Fish River.

As you enter the home, you will find there is a open family room and dining area where family can stay connected while visiting and sharing family meals. The kitchen has chefs knives, blender, toaster, microwave and plenty of baking and cooking supplies for the families that enjoy cooking together. The kitchen features granite countertops, a large refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and blender. We include a Keurig Combo coffee station with Kcups, coffee grounds, creamers and sugars. The kitchen also features additional bar seating for three.

The living room is adjacent to the kitchen featuring new furniture, sofa bed for extra sleeping, designer touches, and a large flat screen mounted TV over the wood burning fireplace. The dining area also shares the space with the family room with views overlooking the river. Opening up the French doors to the large balcony, you'll find a comfortable seating area for 6 as well as a dining table to enjoy outdoor meals.
Half bath is located in the foyer.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms include hotel quality beds, mattresses and luxury linens. The Primary bedroom with a King size bed, luxury linens, a double vanity, shower, and large jetted tub. The master bedroom also boasts two large walk-in closets! The other 3 bedrooms have Queen size beds with a shared bathroom with tub/shower combo. All bathrooms have luxury towels and hotel soaps and shampoo/conditioner.
The extra bed is a queen sleeper/sofa in the den area with linens provided.

The first guest room overlooks the river with a queen size bed, beautiful headboard, smart tv and closet. The second guest room sleeps 4 with two queen size beds, closet and smart tv. The last guest room is a queen size bed, closet and smart tv. There is one full size bathroom with double vanity, tub/shower combo for the upstairs guest rooms.

As you walk down the back steps of Rest & Reel, you will find a fully equipped grill to enjoy outdoor dining and a fishing/tanning pier with Adirondacks for lounging.
