Great multi-generational house 15 minutes to beach. Lots of space for the kids, nice yard out front to play ball.

Family gathering

New Mexico, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Connecticut families all met in Maine! We enjoyed our stay, great location.

We loved our log cabin home with salt water pool and hot tub for our family vacation. It was situated outside of high traffic areas and close enough to everything Maine offers. Communication was excellent. It was wonderfully decorated and has spaces for privacy and togetherness. The kitchen was awesome! So many cooking spaces and fully stocked with appliances. Front screened in porch with rockers was pleasant!! Cart table out there would be awesome too but not needed. Left some extra K cups, toilet paper, paper towels and napkins for the next guests. Thank you so much!!!

Great house and that pool!

The entire house was amazing & i could write a book about it. A great house for extended family vacation, with q lot of bedrooms with sleeping extra for parents with young kids who want to sleep in with them and there are several sitting areas in the house so everybody can spread out.... it was such a pleasure will probably go back!

Lovely house, lots of room. The pool was awesome, my 3 grandchildren didn't want to get out. Made lots of wonderful memories. My grandchildren didn't want to leave.

Family memories made in South Berwick!

Our whole family, 10 of us, enjoyed our week in South Berwick very much. We swam every day, even in the rain, games were played, hikes were taken, meals were enjoyed, and memories were made. Our hosts were lovely, super responsive, and the house was charming. Thank you, John and family.

Amazing family friendly hideaway

Lots of areas to spread out. Great pool. The host was very responsive. Gave us some great tips on restaurants and beaches. Would definitely come back to this property was loved by all ages from 5 years to adults. Thanks Matt!!!!

Lots of space and a lovely pool

We enjoyed our stay very much. There is so much inside space for people to spread out. The kitchen is very large, allowing for many people to be cooking at the same time. The pool was the highlight- loved that it was salt water. Communication with host was simple and straightforward.

Great Place to Gather with Family!

My husband and I stayed here with my brother and his family (including two kids) plus my elderly parents. What a wonderful place to gather for quality family time! The pool area is private and lovely - with brand new umbrellas for all-important shade during the summer. The hot tub was also relatively new and high quality. The location is beautiful - and pretty close to Ogonquit. We would definitely stay at this magical house again!

House

The house was large enough for 9 adults and 3 children. We had plenty of space to spread out or be together. The pool area is a great space for kids! The house is not far from downtown and the beach. Overall we enjoyed the house.

Cozy retreat

Cabin was large,clean,and spacious. Pool was a selling point. It was very hot the week we stayed. One bedroom on first floor had no air conditioning which was not mentioned on listing. Master bathroom shower handle kept coming loose which made water too hot to use. Also listing did not mention other guests staying on property as well with pets.

Hi Kurt thanks for staying with us! We have since tightened up the handle for the shower, we didn't know it was loose sorry about that! We do have it on the listing there is a 1 bedroom guest house on the property, there are no shared spaces besides parking. I will be sure to add in the listing that downstairs bedroom is the only one without AC, we just don't have a window to put one in there. Thanks so much and hope to have you back sometime.

Great memories

A wonderful place for family to enjoy, relax, and make good memories. Pool was great especially with small children. Plenty of space to enjoy each other yet if anyone wanted some peace and alone time there was room for that too. A little trouble with one AC but the owners were quick to fix the problem. No AC in one room and limited towels. Needed to wash and dry towels daily. 15 minute drive to downtown Ogunquit was quick and easy. We would definitely consider renting this home again. Thank you John and your family for letting us stay at your place and create wonderful memories.

Very cozy, comfortable & roomy for a family vacation. Location is excellent & landscaping maintained well for outdoor games, etc. Could have used a couple kitchen towels & ran out of dishwasher tablets. Almost ran out of paper towels too. One of the two dishwashers didn't run well also. The outdoor kitchen electric grill cooked too slow & we transferred meat to the gas stove. It was great being able to use two stoves! The pool & hot tub were enjoyed and used daily. Most items for use were well stocked. Location for touring was good. In conclusion, our family had a very enjoyable & memorable vacation.

It is a nice property with lots of room for a family of 8. The pool area is lovely, but there were issues with some of the bedrooms that could not be resolved while we were there. Although the host was initially very responsive, we felt ignored during the end of our stay.The property also has two other rental units. We had the main house to ourselves but there are other guests sharing the parking lot and grounds, which was not disclosed in the property listing.

Such an amazing place! Great pool and hot tub, and the home is large and roomy with lots of spaces for folks to mingle or have quiet time. We loved the peace and quietness of the area and its still just a short drive to the beach. Home is very clean, and we were so happy that they allow pets. You and your guests would love this home!
