Welcome to our beautifully decorated house! Discover the ultimate luxury and entertainment experience with 8 bedrooms, a playroom, a cinema room boasting an impressive 85" TV, and a game room for everyone to enjoy together. The kids will be enchanted by the themed rooms featuring beloved characters like Mickey, Cinderella, and the Avengers. And when it's time to relax, our private pool awaits, perfectly positioned to soak up the afternoon sunshine.

HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
POOL & SPA
• Please note: the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, as both will maintain the same temperature.
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.
Champions Gate is a gated community of high standards, located 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and close to I-4, an expressway that guarantees access to Orlando's main points and attractions, such as Sea World, Universal Studios Parks, Orlando Premium Outlets and the Orange County Convention Center.

Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE:
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:
• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Champions Gate Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Saturdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.
Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.
PARKING
• Guests should park in the garage or driveway.
• If street parking is needed, they would have to do so legally in areas where they do not block sidewalks, traffic, fire hydrants, neighbors’ driveways, etc., parking in these areas is prohibited.
• Parking permit (orange slip) is provided by the gate attendants at entry of the resort.
• Guests must follow all traffic and parking guidelines mandated by law and by the Association in order to avoid towing.
CLUBHOUSE
• Guests can enjoy access to two clubhouse facilities: The Retreat Club, located at 9035 Leopard Creek r, Davenport, FL 33896, and The Oasis Club at Champions Gate, located at 1520 Oasis Club, Champions Gate Blvd, Championsgate, FL 33896.
• Amenities: lazy river, swimming pool, children’s splash zone, fitness center, movie theater, sand volleyball court, game room, restaurant, tiki bar.
• Open from Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 9pm
TRASH
• Trash must be placed out in the container by 7am.
• Trash cannot be placed by the curb, under trees, in the yard, etc. and must be inside, or immediately adjacent to the trash bench in order to be collected.
• All trash must be inside bags, they must be tied.
• Any loose trash within the container or trash bin will not be collected if not bagged.
• No liquids and no hazardous or medical waste.
• There ́s trash collection every day.
