This is a great house for parties. It was super clean. I have allergies to dust mites have had to cancel a vacation because the unit was over-run with them. No problem here at all. Short walk to the beach. We weren't able to use the pool or hot tub as much as we would have liked, but that was up to the weather. Only down side was...the kitchen isn't set up for cooking. It would be great if you like to get take out and eat at the house. Cooking for 6 people was challenging. There wasn't a complete set of measuring spoons, no can opener, not much to put leftovers in. Otherwise this was a beautiful house.

We had a great time at this property. Everything you could possibly need was provided for at the house and the porches and pool/spa area were perfect. Just a short walk to the beach where our little Jack Russell had a great time too! We had a really good experience!

Great location - house a little dated

We had a wonderful trip. The location and proximity to the beach is what you pay for! The spa was a little hard to get heated and the house is outdated in many areas but comfortable with good outdoor spaces.

The property was great for my group of 6! This house is about proximity to the beach and Coligny Plaza, and it does not disappoint! Also, we loved having a section of the house for the adults and the upstairs back bedrooms were perfect for the kids. The instructions for the spa are a little hard to decipher, but once we were showed how to do it, it was fine. We loved the screened in porch for hanging out at night. The bikes were a delight, and the kids used them all week - it's so easy to get around the island on them. I think I would only ask the cleaners to do a better job of making sure all bathrooms have been looked at (toilets) before we get there. Also, just be aware that the smoke alarm is super sensitive - which is what it's supposed to be. It's easy to burn something on the induction stove if you aren't used to them. I'd stay here again. :)

Wonderful

Excellent location and plenty of room. Kitchen well appointed and great washer and dryer. Had some trouble with Spa but they sent help (twice) and ended up returning the fee so all is well. Just steps to the beach and wagon supplied to load up the grandchildren. Overall great

We had 5 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids under 6 and 1 small dog. This was a great location for our first time seeing Hilton Head. The location on the island was great because it was easy to cross S. Forest Blvd. to the bike trail and an easy mile to Coligny Plaza or a drive to Sea Pines. The beach access was delightful and on this side of S. Forest, it really doesn't matter if you're 2nd or 6th row. You're so close, you can go to the beach for as long as you want and not feel like you have to stay all day. The two parents did a sunrise walk, which was beautifully peaceful. The house was very comfortable for our group. There's plenty of parking for 3-4 vehicles on the driveway. The pool area accommodated all of us and the kids had a great time in both the heatable pool and hot tub, when they weren't biking or in the ocean. I loved the primary upstairs with access to the front balcony, rocking chairs, and ceiling fans for an escape and to listen to the morning or evening sounds. The rest of the bedrooms are up a separate spiral staircase from the living room. The kids slept on the pull out couch in the front room, and since there's a door between that and the living room, the adults can stay up longer and not worry. The side porch was ideal for morning coffee or an afternoon beverage. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had all of the utensils we could need. The downstairs bathroom was very handy for all! We highly recommend this house and host!!

Beach House with Pool

Our whole family enjoyed our stay. Loved the spa and heated pool. Only a 5 minute walk to beach. Large home. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Appreciated having beach towels, bikes, and credit toward beach chair rental. Enjoyed use of front porch, side screened in porch, and 2nd floor front balcony. The only negative was that the other 2nd floor balcony didn’t have any furniture on it. Would rent again on our next visit to HIlton Head.

Just what we wanted!

A nearly perfect spot! Very easy beach access and not a crowded area, and the inside of the home was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and set up well for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. Minor complaints- the grill didn’t work, pool was smaller than it seemed in pictures, and the pool patio needed to be swept and power washed and had a broken/dirty patio umbrella. However, these weren’t big issues for us and we would definitely stay again.

Great location

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The best thing about it is the location. It is a very short walk to the beach, and the street is very quiet and safe. I felt completely comfortable sending my older kids back to the house if I wanted to stay on the beach a bit longer. We rented bikes for the week, and Sea Pines beach club is a mile ride down the beach, where you can grab a delicious lunch and drinks. You can also do a short bike ride to Coligny plaza, where there are lots of cute shops, many dining options, and ice cream! As for the house itself, the kitchen was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very quick to respond when we had trouble with the hot tub heater. The master bedroom is up a separate set of stairs and so is not connected to the rest of the bedrooms. I think it might have been intended as a lock-off at some time. So if you have small children who wake up in the middle of the night, this might not be the house for you. There is a screened in porch on one side of the house - which we definitely enjoyed. The only thing I was disappointed about is that you cannot see the pool area from inside the house. If the kids are swimming in the pool, you can't keep an eye on them unless you are also sitting by the pool. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Great Location

The house was very spacious and was able to accommodate 10 of us, the hangout space in the addition was great for the kids to get away. It was an easy walk to the beach which was great when someone wanted a sandwich or forgot something at the house. The house is in need of a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves.
