Set on a private lot with 120 feet of sandy shoreline and sun-drenched southern exposure, this Crate & Barrel-inspired Cape is designed for entertaining and comfort. Spend your days on the spacious new deck, gather around the evening fire pit, or simply listen to the soothing calls of the loons.

We’ve thoughtfully stocked the home with many essentials and conveniences to help make your stay easy and enjoyable, so you can focus on what matters most — time together.

Amenities include:

All beds made with fresh linens — no need to bring your own bedding

Bath towels and beach towels provided for guest use

Fast Internet: Gigabit x2 internet with download speeds up to 2100 Mbps and upload speeds up to 300 Mbps. These speeds are well above what's needed for most household use and offer significant advantages for bandwidth-intensive activities like streaming, gaming, and large file transfers.

A charming She Shed sits overlooking the lake, featuring sliding glass doors, electricity, air conditioning, and a TV — the perfect spot for relaxing with a book, catching up on a favorite show, or simply soaking in the view in a private, cozy space.

Conveniently located just 1 mile from Hannaford grocery store and Walgreens, everything you need is close at hand.
