Located minutes from the SR51 freeway, you are perfectly situated to make your way to the museums, nightlife, casinos and shopping of Scottsdale, the hiking and natural beauty of Paradise Valley and the galleries, zoo, culture and amusements of Phoenix. With all this at your doorstep and a pool in your backyard, your first stay at Paradise Valley Oasis won’t be your last.

The Space:

It’s time to embrace the luxury of desert living with this 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beautiful two-story home located at N 45th Street in Phoenix. The house features an immaculate dine-in kitchen, fully stocked with kitchenware. The house also features a spacious family room with a TV, all in very nice condition. In addition, you have a big, picturesque backyard with a very large grass area, cornhole boards and a magnificent pool as its central feature.

Located less than a mile from the SR51, you can spend your day easily traveling between Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix to see the sights. You can treat yourself to a visit to the galleries and goings-on of Old Town Scottsdale, the stunning sunrise and sunset hikes of the Sonoran desert, the wonder of Phoenix Zoo or enjoy the excitement of the Arizona nightlife. Regardless of your preference, your stay at Paradise Valley Oasis will deliver an experience not to be missed.

Great location to freeways and nice neighborhood

Very spacious, loved pool. Lots of fresh towels and kitchen ware. Beds a little smaller than a king but comfortable. Everyone loved the pillows except me but like a foam firm and comes down to personal preference. Loved walking to Starbucks. We will be back again,

Senior reunion

Class of 1967 , 4 ladies having fun. The house was just what we needed. Close to lots of fun things to do, restaurants , shopping. The pool was a big plus. We had a great time.

Perfect for our needs

Location is ideal for what we needed. It was business colleagues working together and the ability to chill at the end of the day, share a meal and each of us with own room Pool was clean and refreshing grounds were great and Chad was most gracious, communicated promptly.

Great spring training trip!

House was as advertised. Clean, pretty well maintained. Tons of towels, basic necessities (paper towels/toilet paper), shampoo/body wash in the showers. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for the 6 of us! Kitchen is well stocked, although could have used another non-stick pan for breakfast (full-disclosure - I did not raise this with Chad, so it's on us). But we made it work! Pool looked nice, but didn't get a chance to use it unfortunately! Outdoor furniture was really nice. Neighborhood was quiet and nice location to get to the various spring training sites. Super convenient grocery nearby (walking distance if you're so motivated!). Communication with Chad was good/timely. Thinking about coming back for next year!

This house is beautiful and in a safe location. We enjoyed much of our time out by the pool with the great weather we were lucky to have. Would come back to this house and location in the future!

Great location

We stayed here with friends and the location was great. Chad was very responsive if he had any questions or concerns. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again!

Great Place

Great stay, great house, good neighborhood. Very spacious and very clean. All rooms were good size. Plenty of linen in each bathroom. Everything was perfect. It was cool the week we were there, if it had been warmer the yard and pool would have been used for out door fun. Host was very responsive. Thank you Chad Would go back again to stay.

Home from Home

Our second stay here & it’s just the best place we have stayed in in Phoenix. It so conveniently located to the local shops, road networks & not very far from outlets & the airport. A recent make over & added items around the pool have added to the experience. It feels like a hoe from home for our family & also the host, Chad makes everything so easy & great at keeping in touch. Can’t wait to go back for our next vacation.

Great family vacation home

The home was spacious, well-decorated and clean, exactly as advertised. Outdoor spaces (pool, grass yard, porches) were ideal. Chad was responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely come back for another stay!

Above and Beyond

The property itself was fantastic. Nice and clean for our arrival. Plenty of dishes as well as plenty of towels for everyone. We stayed for about a month, and the lawn was mowed at least twice and the pool was cleaned as well. Chad the owner was great! Easy to communicate with and really helped make everything about our stay nice and easy. Looking forward to returning to the property in the future!

Great House!

The house was very clean and the property is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of outside space. Chad was very quick with responses to our questions. We were very happy to spend Thanksgiving here. We would definitely like to stay here again on future trips to Phoenix.

Wonderful house

Loads of space, a great place to relax and unwind. Everyone could go to their own room and relax without worrying about others. Very well equipped kitchen.
