Our cleaning teams do EXCELLENT (!) work in turning homes over in amazingly clean condition. However should there be trace evidence of pet hair that was inadvertently missed by our crews that could negatively affect future guests, we sincerely apologize. However, it shall not be grounds for cancellation with refund. Those with heightened sensitivities and/or allergies to pet hair are advised in advance._ Should there be ANY questions regarding these rules, please inquire BEFORE booking.

* A conditionally-refundable Security Deposit of $1,500 is due upon execution of the lease with the Owner and is paid directly to Owner by Guest (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp or credit card with 3.5% transaction fee). The deposit is refunded in-full within 15 days of the end of the lease if Guest has left home undamaged and in acceptable condition.
